This was the PERFECT place to stay. Clean, responsive host, had all the supplies you could possibly need and more. Price and location were beyond amazing. Will be coming back!

So nice we were allowed to use provided items like the cooler, beach chairs, and boogie board! Would highlu recommend, and would certainly stay here again!

We enjoyed my stay in the villa. It was very clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary accommodations (beach supplies, toiletries). It was nice having a functional kitchen with all the necessary tools. We also loved the quiet location, pool, and beach area overlooking the ocean. We had a very relaxing stay and hated to leave. We would highly recommend this property and its location.
The condo was well stocked with towels and equipment to use at the beach. It also had everything needed in the kitchen. The AC and fans worked well and it was a quiet and comfortable place. We also liked the location and ease in getting anywhere we wanted to go.

This condo was exactly as described and more. Well appointed with all the creature comforts of home. Location on the 3rd floor gave you a pretty ocean view from the patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee and even some yummy poke for lunch. The grounds themselves are very clean and quiet even when full of guests. They also have a wonderful beach/sand area to watch the waves and BBQ on the available propane grills. This area has picnic tables in a concrete slab or lounge chairs on the sand. (There is no beach access here- swells are rough). The condo bedroom is bright and airy and enough for our stay. Well def stay here again on our next visit.
Our condo had absolutely everything we might have needed. The owner was meticulous when it comes to maximizing available space and making things convenient and workable. The decor was beautiful and not overdone. We loved everything about this rental and will definitely look to return. It was exactly as described, maybe even better. The grounds were very well kept and the property was quiet and convenient to town. The bed and pillows were comfortable and everything was in good working order. Five stars plus!

This condo was beautifully decorated and had absolutely everything you could possibly want/need for a comfortable stay. The welcome flowers and gift were a nice touch. Waking up and enjoying our morning coffee on a sunny balcony with an ocean view was delightful. It is obvious that the owner takes pride in making this condo a wonderful place to stay. I would highly recommend it!

This is our 3rd time staying at Kona Isle and the first time in this unit. It was as amazing!The unit is so well put together, everything that we needed. The highlights for us were the pool, the sunset, the BBQ area and how everyone meets down there to watch the sunset (and claps when its a good one! LOL).The bed is very comfortable and we had all the beach stuff we could ever need. Will definitely consider staying here again if we get back to the Big Island...which I hope we do soon! Thanks for everything.
My wife and I stayed at this property for our anniversary trip to the big island. The unit was wonderfully decorated, the kitchen had an open layout and was updated, in unit washer and dryer, and the lanai had a beautiful view of the ocean when looking west out from the lanai. The unit has an AC window unit, which was a little loud, and didn't cool the bedroom too much, but there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom to keep it cool. The grounds were well kept and nicely landscaped. We grilled several times at the outdoor beach area and watched so many beautiful sunsets and a couple of moonsets (yes, at 3 in the morning!). The shaded seating, benches, loungers, and the palm trees in the beach area was very relaxing and peaceful while listening to the waves. Although we didn't swim in the pool, it was very clean and well tended. There are a lot of beach "extras" supplied such as beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella (we used this at Magic Sands beach, and it was fantastic) and a nice size cooler for food/beverages. Audri was very quick to answer any questions we had, and it was a pleasure to interact with her. Thank you, Audri, for making our anniversary trip so wonderful, relaxing, and memorable!

Pictures and description matched the in-person experience. I appreciated the beach materials and cookware available to make the stay convenient for all activities! At one point we thought we were locked out on the patio but the owner was responsive and immediately helped resolve the issue. Hoping the washer is cleaned d/t mildew smell, but everything else was great and we would stay there again!
My husband treated me to week-long stay for my birthday. It was wonderful! The pride of ownership is obvious as the condo is beautifully updated and was as depicted in the photos. We especially enjoyed the sunsets while grilling next to the shore. The location is perfect and there is a bus stop next door if you don't feel like walking (although we walked often, the bus is free and we took it from the airport). The only problem we had was that we had to go home. We plan to stay for a longer period next time.

My wife and I loved this condo. We visited for our wedding anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed it. All of the photos were accurate and communication with the owner was easy. We hope to stay here again.
We were impressed with the location on the ocean and the seating provided to relax near the waves and watch the sunset. The pool was nice and the location near the ocean was great.
The unit was great, plenty of space for the two of us. Lots of nice touches like laundry detergent, sunscreen, makeup station. Having a washer/ dryer was great, too. We will definitely try to reschedule here on our visit.
The condo was very nice, check-in was smooth, and the location is close to many restaurants and adventures.
Accomodations were great and met our needs. It was a great location and the amenities were fantastic. We would definitely consider staying here in the future
This condo was great for my wife and I. Ocean front beautiful views from the grounds but no ocean water access. Pool and neighboring salt water pool were great. Condo was outfitted with everything we needed and the beach gear was a nice bonus for our daily adventures.
This area of Kona is a great central area for all kinds of daily activities, however the only downside is limited food/activities within easy walking distance. With a rental car it was perfect.
Overall, my time at Kona Isle was a delightful retreat. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene escape near the beaches.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Walking distance to “best of the island“ fish tacos, and dreamy sunsets every night. Centrally located for snorkel adventures and easy access to stores and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed and more.

My wife and I had previously stayed at this property about 5 years ago during our first visit to Kona. We had such a great time then that we booked to stay again and we had another great stay. The condo is recently renovated, extremely clean, and provides all the comforts of home, including beach-going supplies. We love that the complex is quiet and gives a more private atmosphere but is still close enough to town so that you can enjoy everything Kona has to offer with only a short drive. Thank you Audri for sharing your slice of paradise! We’re already looking forward to another trip.
