Excellent location and setting for a quiet vacation. Well-furnished interior and kitchen and exceptional Lanai.
Everything was wonderful and what we expected. Such a beautiful location and arrangements. The only thing missing was air conditioning, but we’re in Hawaii! The open windows and breeze were a nice welcome.

This is our second stay at Surf and Racquet and first time in this unit. It was perfect. Beautiful lanai with corner views, well appointed kitchen, and comfortable bed. The location is great, a bit up from the traffic and noise of Kona but close that’s it’s an easy drive away. We will be back!
Seriously - we have stayed on the Big Island many times and this is one of the best properties we have had the pleasure of enjoying. It is so well kept and beautiful with an amazing view! We loved staying here! Beds comfy, kitchen well stocked, quiet resort, and great communication with Kona Coast Vacations who manage the property! Highly recommend if you want to enjoy the Kona area!
The property was exactly like the description. Everything was beautiful as expected. The only thing i would say that they could improve was the table and chairs on the deck are really tall and tough to sit at for a long period of time. Also i should have read the reviews about not having air conditioning, it got a bit warm a couple of nights. Otherwise we had an exceptional time!!!
The pictures of the condo don't do it justice. The sunset views from the balcony were unbelievable, we saw spinner dolphins, whales, and so much more right from the comfort of the balcony! With amazing snorkeling only minutes away and restaurants nearby as well this place is everything you want in a vacation property! After 3 weeks we are finding it hard to leave!

Beautiful place right next to the Ocean. No AC but the place was well ventilated and it didn't matter. Would stay there again. Enjoyed the sunsets!
All the comforts of home.
The amenities we great. We loved having the option for laundry (in unit) and the lighted pickleball courts.
Only downside is their is no air conditioning, but many fans helped and it wasn’t an issue.
The apartment is spacious. It is very tastefully decorated. The view is outstanding. Shower wonderful. Washing machine and drier superb. Very comfortable and large bed. We loved the bamboo curtains. Balcony area is lovely to sit and eat and drink watching and listening to the sea. Location very convenient but you need a car. Parking is good.
Communication with the management company excellent. We will be back!
Awesome unit with great view and top-notch furnishings. We would book again if returning to Kona!
