This place was perfect and so was the location. We were able to walk to shopping, swimming, snorkeling and dining locations daily. The property was so well maintained. Loved sitting on the lanai every morning drinking my coffee. The condo was also very well stocked. Used the beach chairs and beach towels to enjoy the beach just steps away. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking to stay in Kihei.
1. Master bathroom tub/shower was disgusting. Rust/mold stains in the grout, shower handle fell off when we turned on shower. Bathroom fan was super noisy.2. Big stains on living room carpet.3. Everything about this unit is cheap, from the bathroom/kitchen fixtures, appliances, counter tops, dressers, etc. Positive: good location, good nearby beach, good beach toys/chairs/towels, good parking, well stocked kitchen. Mostly because of the disgusting/noisy bathroom, we would not stay in this unit again or recommend it to anyone.
The place was nice and quiet. Kitchen accessories i.e. pots & pans, storage containers, etc. could be updated. Overall, for our short visit it did the job. I would stay again.
Access to unit is good however info given by Maui condo for wifi access is totally incorrect. After hours contact (Daniel) was able to send tech support same evening. Bathroom fixtures handles about to fall off. Only 1 beach towel provided. Some dishes had food residue everything had to be cleaned.
Follow up with property manager after confusion with wifi access and supplies if sufficient would have been nice.
The view was amazing. The condo was clean and provided filtered water. We didnt use the pool or bbq, but loved walking on the path and saw huge turtles. Also saw whales. It was a wonderful stay.

The stay was wonderful! The only complainant was for possibly having 4 people in the condo, only 2 coffee cups were available. The beds were comfortable and we loved the view and the management at Kihei Surfside was very helpful!! Thank you.

Kihei Surfside is a Lovely property adjacent to a perfect family beach with great snorkeling. Unit 613 was a perfect size for our family. It was well apportioned with dishes and cookware. A king sized bed in the bedroom and more bath towels along with additional beach gear- umbrella / towels would have topped it for us. Maui Condo management provided great communication and follow up. We would stay again.

Have stayed here before, great location, great views. Condo needs a thorough cleaning, hasn't been done in quite some time. We had to wash everything we touched in the Condo. Windows and glass on lanai were filthy, unacceptable. Who pays NOT to see the view at night. Would of been a "5" had the condo been cleaner. We had NO advance notice on the construction and noise. AND we will be back again!
The property was not newly furnished or remodeled. The living room ceiling fan was broken, there was no air conf so ceiling fans with variable speeds are essential, the master bath tub doors are old and rusty, the amenities are of low quality, the kitchen cooking pans were well used, and there were no beach towels.
The view was amazing. It was very disappointing to not receive a newly furnished condo as published. The furniture appeared old and well used. The linens were cheap quality. No regard by the owner to provide nice items for the price.
