We really enjoyed our stay at Lae Nani 532. It was everything we hoped for and more. The views, property grounds, location to the beach and Cocoanut Marketplace were all really nice.Thank you for making our anniversary special.
Lae Nani has perfect old Hawaiian charm and this unit was perfectly located and immaculate! Full ocean view from this location, I loved watching the tides and beach changing all day. Nice furnishings, kitchen very well stocked, good wifi signal. Wailua/Kapaa's is an excellent location whether we were going south/west or north to explore and meet up with activities. Best place to stay on Kauai!!

Beautiful view of paradise. Location is perfect for any exploring of the island. We took full advantage of the kitchen which was very nice. You can be in the salt water pool with a drink while looking at the ocean. Is there anything better?
Nice 2 bedroom condo with two ocean facing lanai. Third floor so some steps. No A/C but air circulates well with windows and ceiling fans. Location on a small beach walking distance to shops and restaurants and a paved Oceanside walking path. Convenient location for driving north or west.

Beautiful views, lovely light, fresh air blowing through all the rooms... We are so lucky to have come upon this place. We watched whales as we ate on the lanai and were lulled to sleep with the waves rolling in not far below. We miss the bed! One note needs to be made re the wedge tail shearwaters nesting cries at night. They are quite the experience in spring! Once we figured out what the noises were, it became funny rather than disturbing and is certainly one of the curiosities and highlights of the trip we share often. The kitchen is well-appointed with decent knives and a welcome and generous collection of storage containers. Bring all oils and seasonings you need for cooking; salt and pepper only. It accommodated creating dinners for 6 easily. The gardens are gorgeous and the mostly-protected beach is really great for kids and fine for adults who are looking to cool off rather than surf (though you can watch people riding the waves in the distance). The expansive lawn and lounges allow for reading and resting in shade or sun. Pickle ball lessons were a fun surprise! Lae Nani has some of the assets of a resort without feeling like one.We met very nice people but had no lack of privacy. The building is remarkably quiet. Not once did we hear any neighbors. Easy access, great security, and so centrally located for exploring all parts of the island. It is a very short walk to the farmers’ market, shops, and to the most exquisite meal and drinks we had on our trip. Thank you for sharing this lovely space.

condo was very nice, enjoyed sitting on the balcony for our meals. property was well maintained, pool nice. location was convenient to getting around. comfortable bed. no a/c but fans (fan in bedroom we couldnt slow it down). kitchen was well stocked, but couldnt find coasters hahaha...nice touch the candy/cookies and shopping bags.
The views from this condo are amazing. The furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. We appreciated the extra supplies such as laundry soap and paper products. We will definitely be back!
We had the best time in Kauai at this Condo. The condo is spacious, clean, and right on the beach. Perfect location to explore both sides of Kauai. Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and the best bakery, Passions Bakery cafe. Def make sure to try the Malasadas. Condo has 2 decks to lounge on and eat meals on. Did not miss AC in this condo. The breezes were great as you are literally right on the beach. Unit was stocked with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Was really nice the unit had tupperware, foil, and other storage containers. Also really nice to have a washer and dryer. The only thing we needed to purchase was shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Also had some boogy boards, umbrella and beach chairs which we used and we left and donated a bigger boogy board we purchased from Costco for our teen son who really wanted to catch some waves. Nice they have a tennis court there as well. You can use rackets and balls from the main office. We've stayed at multiple places on Kauai and this was probably our favorite location. We will definitely be back. Mahalo.
