We had a great stay. Just a short walk to both the beach and pool.
Great location. Wonderful property location. The only thing was that the ocean is not swimmable here and there were so many people using the pool, it was too busy to get in and enjoy
No words to describe this location! A must see and experience for yourself! Centrally located and perfect for hopping around the island, trying different beaches and places to eat. Phenomenal!
This property was just as advertised. It was beautiful, clean, a lovely beach view, comfortable, and a great location to stay to get to any area of the island easily. The host responded immediately when we were having internet issues. The pool area and beach were pristine and easy to access and enjoy. My family all loved this trip and we’d choose to stay at Waipouli again!

This property was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 4 kids. Our kids are all under 8 so it worked for us. The ground floor setup is ideal—expanding the area for play from the condo to all the grass area and then onto the beach. Our kids loved easy access to the pools and beach. I highly recommend this unit.
We had an amazing time and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
We loved every minute of our stay at this property. The beach was beautiful, the sunrises were spectacular, the location was perfect and the grounds were immaculate. We had everything we could have possibly needed with a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, and even laundry. We would love to return in the near future!
Apartment was clean and well equipped. Perhaps a bit short on storage. Location is amazing, with great beachfront views lanai. Peaceful area and nice resort with good restaurant. Nearby mall has good options even if you don't want to drive. Parking is included, btw. Overall an awesome place.
Listen. This property, this unit, this owner.. what an incredible stay we had. My husband, my sister, our 3 young children and I stayed here for 12 nights. Not only is this a prime location on Kauai, the unit has all the amenities of home. It didn’t take us but five minutes to be settled in thanks to the well appointed amenities. This was truly an unforgettable stay. Thank you!
Fantastic condo, completely equipped to cook all meals. Super clean throughout. Resort amenities were excellent. Kapaa is centrally located on Kauai making it easier to choose which direction to explore each day.
We spent our first 3 days in Honolulu and then hopped over to Kauai for the rest of our vacation. The resort was beautiful, the room was spacious and felt very private. The pool was great and there were padded chairs available every day - without paying a fee! There were also frogs on the property that my kids enjoyed catching (and releasing). Lastly, we had dinner at Oasis and it was the best meal of our 10 day trip. Will definitely book again! Thank you Candace!
