Our experience at HollysKauaiCondo in Princeville was excellent on all levels. Starting with the immediate and helpful communication from the owners to the amenities and comfort of the home to the location and views of the ocean. We are very thankful we chose to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary here!
The property, although a little dated, is very nice and clean! The view is unbeatable! Our host was EXTREMELY helpful and helped me plan our itinerary prior to our visit. We would definitely stay here again!
The view is fantastic! The property is convenient to do things in the Princeville and Hanalei area. The property owner was very responsive to my questions. They provided recommendations for things to do and for restaurants.
Spectacular is the correct word!Beautiful ocean, sunrise, sunset and rainbows all from the lanai. The only thing missing was a unicorn!
We loved staying at this condo. The view from the lanai is breathtaking. It was the perfect place to watch the sunrise and eat breakfast and drink coffee in the morning and have dinner and wine in the evenings. The inside was very comfortable and clean and had many of the amenities of home. The cross breeze and fans kept things cool. We also really appreciated all the little extras that this condo had that aren't found in others, such as having tupperware to save leftovers. Another great feature of this condo was the proximity to a nice pool that our two young kids especially loved to swim in after spending the morning at the beach. The condo is also just a few minute drive from Foodland, a nice, well-stocked grocery store that we discovered has some of the best poke in Kauai. Hanalei Bay's spectacular beaches and restaurants are only 10-15 minutes away. Lastly, we appreciated all the great information, insight and communication we received from the owners. We hope to stay here again.
Directions were a little confusing to find it, and it’s way back in a neighborhood. Other than that it’s perfect!
We stayed for four nights. We had an amazing vacation. Alan was super responsive and always so helpful. The place is super clean and had everything that you need while you are there. Definitely recommend this place and we'll come back!
We had a hiccup that was eventually taken care of. Alan worked with us and made sure we were satisfied. Views are amazing. The property was well stocked and had everything we needed during our stay.
We loved our stay at Holly’s Condo. The rooms were very large, very comfortable furniture as well as the beds. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves in the ocean. The kitchen and laundry facilities were well stocked. The home is centrally located in the north shore area of the island. Close to many sites and excellent restaurants. Recommend this condo as it was very clean, close to shops, beaches and restaurants and very comfortable and welcoming.
Functional, clean, laundry was a blessing, acsess god for disabled, great view and comfortable bed.
Great views of the ocean. Every detail totally thought out. Coffee, washer/dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, and everything you would want for a perfect stay in a lovely well decorated two bedroom and two bath condo. I have stayed there twice and I would stay again.

Fantastic ocean views from every sparkling clean, delightfully appointed room. Great balcony from which to enjoy the ocean over a glass of wine with albatrosses, frigatebirds and tropicbirds soaring across the spectacular panorama. You will find everything you could possibly need from toiletries to beach towels to a fully stocked kitchen to laundry supplies. The friendly, welcoming owners also provide super helpful information about local activities, restaurants, and anything you could possibly want to know to maximize your time on Kauai. A gem of a spot with wonderful hosts.

This property was everything indicated in the listing. It was absolutely beautiful, clean, wonderfully located, and very relaxing. I cannot say enough good things about how wonderful this unit was. I would love to come back and stay again. And I will be referring any of my friends who want to visit Kauai to check first to see if this is available.
One of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in. Unit was more beautiful than the pictures and the location cannot be beat. You are close to the grocery store, food trucks, hiking, farmers markets and restaurants. Everything you hope your vacation rental will be- communicative host, extremely clean property, well stocked kitchen and a view that will keep you mesmerized. The home is so well stocked you could easily stay here a month or longer. We took Alan's advise, got some great local seafood and ate most of our meals on the deck watching the waves! So many little touches made this an excellent stay, cannot wait to be back. Thank you both!
Words and photos cannot do this property justice. We spent hours listening and watching the ocean right from the back patio, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves gave us our best nights of sleep in years. We loved hiking at both Ha'ena and Koke'e State Parks, and the Jack Harter Doors Off Helicopter Tour was phenomenal. Highly recommend the Princeville Botanical Gardens; our favorite restaurant by far was The Terrace Hanalei. We will be back!
The location and views are amazing at this property. Centrally located to all north end beaches. If we didn't feel like going out, the condo was great to hang out at.
I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Alan and Holly’s condo! My husband and I celebrated our 20th Wedding Anniversary with our family and we had the most magical time. Every aspect exceeded our expectations . The condo is so well organized, clean, and beautiful! The views are even better than the pics! Alan and Holly were so helpful in giving tips on activities, restaurants, beaches, hikes, and even in planning our vow renewal! Don’t hesitate in planning your trip here, truly heaven on earth!
The property is in an upscale, quiet community and, as advertised, overlooks the Pacific Ocean. The location is fantastic, with restaurants and beaches just minutes away. The area is very quiet and everyone seems to be in bed by 9 PM!
We spent a day at the beach and found that snorkeling gear and beach chairs were included with the condo.
It doesn't have a/c but with the windows kept open and the trade windows providing a constant breeze, no a/c is needed.
Again, this is a great place and we don't have anything negative to say at all.
We have stayed in a number of condos in Princeville, but this is the only one we've chosen to return to. Easily the best host I've ever rented from. Excellent communication and a clear commitment to providing guests the very best experience possible. The condo is spotless and incredibly well supplied, with every need anticipated and provided for. (We even found aloe vera gel which was a godsend for my fair-skinned and inevitably sunburnt daughter - thank you!) The only possible drawback to this condo is that the views are so incredible, you won't want to leave. We love this place and can't wait to come back!
Location of the unit was very private and peaceful with sweeping views of the ocean. We loved sitting out on the lanai enjoying the view. The host was great, providing many recommendations for activities and dining. Our one regret was not having time to do it all. Hope we will be back.
The condo was just what we wanted and more. Allan and Holly were wonderful! They responded to all our emails and gave us great ideas on things to do for our first trip to Kauai. We plan on coming back and will definitely stay here again! The views are so amazing also!
We stayed at HollysKauaiCondo for a week with our young adult daughters. The location is beautiful and easy to find. The views from the lanai and both bedrooms are breathtaking. Listening to the waves crashing on the shore was so relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. There were many amenities in the condo and the kitchen had many useful amenities to cook meals. All the appliances worked great. Great place just to hang out. It was so nice to see the stars in the night sky without any light pollution. There were even 2 pairs of binoculars to use! There is a nearby grocery store and some good restaurants. Alan was very prompt with responses to questions. Definitely recommend this place.

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. The place was more updated and spacious than the pictures made it feel. We had an amazing beach day on Hanalei Bay and loved having the beach chairs and boogie boards to use. When the weather was rainy and a little chilly the condo was comfortable and the views were always stunning! We enjoyed early mornings out on the point watching the sun rise- we even saw whales passing by! The climb down to turtle cove was so cool- I went down alone first to check it out and there was a local Hawaiian who showed me how to go into the cave to find the turtles and his respect and reverence for them was so beautiful. We went down later and other people were getting way too close and were loud- so please be respectful and stay far away from them if you go! The location was great- close to the beautiful Anini beach and lots of other places. Having the ocean view from all the rooms was just amazing! My daughter’s boyfriend flew out to surprise her and propose and so we will always have the best memories here!! Thanks for sharing your place with us!
Perfect in every way! Location overlooking the ocean, well equipped kitchen, and had any beach equipment necessary for a fun time! Beautiful setting and very well maintained grounds . Management , owners, and employees very pleasant to deal with.

This property is the best vacation condo we have ever rented. You can’t beat listening to the waves at night, and we loved the beautiful view - complete with whales, dolphins, and birds. The surrounding area is quiet, beautiful, and lush, perfect for taking a walk. There are several restaurants, a grocery store, a coffee shop, and other amenities just a few moments’ drive away. We also enjoyed our proximity to Hanalei and all the northern beaches. The condo was absolutely spotless, the furnishings were attractive and comfortable, and we all found our beds comfortable too. It has every amenity you could think of. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, even some spices, etc., and there was also a welcome pack of coffee and tea, which we appreciated the first morning. There’s a good selection of DVD movies, binoculars for whale watching, Kauai guidebooks, various novels, two hairdryers, and a straightening iron. The bathrooms had fresh bars of soap and hotel-style samplers of shampoo and conditioner, which were also very helpful for us on the first day. There is even a selection of first aid supplies, board games, etc. And best of all, there are lots of beach chairs, a cooler, a beach umbrella, and boogie boards. The owners also emailed us lots of useful information about beaches, restaurants, and activities. Could not recommend this place more highly!
Panoramic views of the ocean from the lanai were spectacular. Quiet, well appointed accommodations were outstanding. The owner provided terrific recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to return.
This place is amazing. It has an incredible/balcony that is ideal for watching and hearing the ocean rolling in. We saw Humpback whales right from there nearly everyday of our stay. A well thought out and comfortable space for our family group or 4 adults.
