The view is unreal and you can hear the waves from inside the condo. The Coastal Trail is just a few steps away - perfect for morning or evening walks. One of the most quiet and peaceful stays I’ve ever had.
A wonderful property with great amenities. The view from the balcony and bedroom was even better than the pictures. It was quite windy during our stay which seems pretty common for this area. The owner was very helpful and communicative.
This property was in an amazing location. On a small cliff overlooking a great beach with easy access. Within 15 minutes walking to a few nice restaurants, coves and beaches. A short drive to many others. Just up the road from a major resort, with Lahaina being just a few minutes more away with a few nice restaurants (though still mostly recovering from the fire). The unit itself is not new, and could have been just a bit cleaner, but completely sufficient for our stay. It had everything one would need for cooking if one desired, as well as a few beach things (chairs, umbrella, body boards, etc) that were useful. Parking was easy. Finding it at night was a bit tricky, so pay attention to the hosts directions and scope out a map beforehand to reduce any confusion working through the maze. Once you do it during the day, it's easy. I'd recommend it!

Fabulous Ocean-Front property in Kapalua! Literally footsteps from the beach and crashing waves. Property owner is very communicative and helpful. Condo has everything you need for a great Hawaiian vacation. Can’t wait to come back! I would highly recommend.
Absolutely loved our 10 day stay in this fabulous property! Throughly equipped, easy living, SPECTACULAR view and beach access, plus uber comfy seating and bedding. It truly was a home away from home in a most gorgeous island setting. Exceptional communication with the host throughout the rental process and stay. Can't recommend this home highly enough!

Kapalua Bay Villas never disappoint. This condo has the best view on the property. It’s close to great beaches and restaurants. Kapalua Walking Trail is right outside your door. I will definitely be back!
We had a wonderful stay at Kapalua Bay Villas, the location cannot be beat. If you love beautiful views and being lulled to sleep by the sounds of the ocean, you will love it here. The interior is older but still very nice, the kitchen has everything you need with extra supplies, bed is very comfortable and amazing views from bedroom and living room. You cannot beat the value for money. Communications were excellent and checkin process a breeze, we were also able to get a later check out time, which was amazing and so helpful! I highly recommend and look forward to future stays here.
The unit was a perfect size for the week stay. It was well stocked with kitchen items, linens, beach chairs, etc. Can't think of anything that we needed that wasn't in the unit. Owner was very easy to reach and communicate with before and throughout the stay. Highly recommend the unit.
I love Kapalua. Constant breezes, great beaches, almost no crowds as its on the north part of West Maui where developments basically stop. I have stayed at the Kapalua Bay Villas before and enjoyed my time there, but this location is perched just above Oneloa beach and couldn’t be nicer. Even when we weren’t on the beach we would just watch the turtles swim by. Saw over 15.
Easy parking, great gardens, three pools for the kiddos and…walk less than 2 mins to one of the best beaches on Maui. If the surf is up, you can walk 5 mins farther to the beach in front of the Montage. Never waves there and pretty good snorkeling.
The property owner was a great communicator. Value is hard to beat. We will be booking for next year as soon as the airline ticket reservations open up (11 months out)
