My husband and I stayed in 106 for a month while we were in Maui for work. It was fantastic.
We loved staying here. You can't beat the view. You can access the ocean from this location. Beautiful views of whales. Close to restaurants. Pool was clean and relaxing. The unit was clean and had a lot of kitchen supplies.
The listing is accurate! We were looking for an oceanfront place to stay where we could enjoy our morning coffee while listening to the ocean and watching the whales. We weren’t looking for a big resort. We really enjoyed the peaceful lawn at the edge of the ocean. We’d come back to this place next time we’re in Maui.
We love getting up every morning and just walking out to the beach, being able to see the whales migrate from our backyard. The property was clean and well-maintained.
This was such a wonderful place to stay. We had an amazing honeymoon. My only constructive criticism would be that a wished there was more hot water for the shower. Someone with longer or thicker hair, it takes a a little bit longer, and it was a struggle to get through a shower while the water was still hot. But that literally is the only thing, and just constructive criticism, not bad.

We had a lovely vacation in Maui. The on-site property manager, Danny, went out of his way for us. When I called Epic, the gal was helpful to confirm the check-in process. The property was loud with the construction work during the day, which is unavoidable. Not fun hearing the neighbor throwing up all morning one day.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location was great and easy to get to to shops, restaurants and other locations on the island, although there is not a sandy beach in walking distance. I absolutely oved being ground level! We had breakfast outside every morning and the sunsets were incredible! I would have to say my favorite part was that every afternoon, there were several sea turtles right in front of our sea wall. My only complaints were that there wasn’t enough hot water in the unit, about half way through every shower the water was cold and the AC didn’t work well enough to cool down the bedroom in the front of the unit. Overall though, a great place to stay!
Had a fabulous time, great location, close to shopping and food trucks. definitely recommend
