We loved our stay at Kaleialoha! Ray was very responsive and accommodating. The unit had everything we needed, including beach and snorkeling gear, which we enjoyed using at local spots.We ran into a small issue with one of the AC unites not working but Ray was on top of it and got it replaced within 48 hours - and over a weekend, too!Mahalo, Ray!
The place was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Cant beat the view from your balcony.

My husband and I have stayed at the Kaleialoha three times and this was our favorite unit thus far. Clean, elegant, and peaceful. The only thing was the wifi was kind of hit or miss but when your in Maui I doesn’t matter. We never even used the TV and just enjoyed the views of turtles everyday and light rain showers. We will definitely be back in the future!

This unit had a spectacular ocean view. We loved spending time watching whales and sea turtles. Great location, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Unit was very clean with nicely appointed kitchen.

Kaleialoha #214 was the perfect place for us! Great price and location was ideal. Whale watching every day was fabulous as well as the turtles. Michael takes immaculate care of the property. There was no hot tub as described and the condo could have been a little better stocked with things that would be helpful but overall it was great!
This is on the north end of the second floor (in a 4 floor building) with an elevator that broke once during our stay but was fixed within a couple of days. There is easy access to the grass facing the ocean and steps down to the water from the south side of the building, its locked at night. The gate on the north side is kept locked most of the time, with a bike and moped rack just behind it. Michael, the local building manager, is a nice hard working guy and easily available most of the time. The condo itself is good for the price with a decent sized lanai and a great view of whales and turtles. Snorkeling gets better (coral and fish) the farther out you go, with a few turtles typically close to shore. The "beach" disappears at high tide or with large waves, as is true for most of West Maui these days, although we noticed some improvement at airport and post office beaches nearby. The AC worked fine for January. The only thing we didn't like was the combination of AC unit and the type of window shade in the bedroom lets a lot of light leak in from the building's hallway lights at night. If you need it dark, bring eyeshades or figure something out to block the window. There is some beach equipment, two very small folding chairs and a small umbrella. Wifi worked fine. The kitchen had most of what we needed. Parking was tight for a van, but always available. We have stayed at a number of spots on West Maui over the years, and this one ranks pretty high on the list.
This place was beautiful. Amazing location, beautiful views, and a clean spot with a great kitchen. Tv/cable was really wonky and no WiFi was a bummer but that’s not really what you go to Hawaii for right??

Really loved this condo and location couldn’t get better . condo unit had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. The bathroom tub did have some issues and the bottom floor was peeling and flaking everywhere. Unfortunately i couldn’t soak in the tub and get that nightly relaxation that my body really needed. overall the condo was clean and i would stay again :)
Great condo unit! It's perfectly situated - close enough to kaanapali and nipili without having to be in the heart of it. The unit was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked.The view was amazing from the balcony - the whales were constantly spouting! Would definitely recommend this place.

For our 1st return to Maui after a 4 year break and our 10th trip to Maui we are so happy that we chose Ray’s condo. With ocean front views to whale watch and being able to fall asleep to the waves crashing on the shore, how could it not be great! The complex is very well maintained and we saw the resident manager everyday keeping up with daily housekeeping tasks. The condo is situated close to the best fish market, DT Fleming beach and other amenities. You can go out to eat or dine at home just as easily with the provided kitchen gear/complex bbq. The pool is refreshing. We were used to staying at another complex up the road and decided to try a new one, it was a great choice! Ray was prompt with a response to our questions!
There was a little confusion at first about parking and unit number, but everything was quickly handled by the owner. The condo was nicely appointed with fantastic views.
Location was great! Kitchen was reasonably well stocked… would have been nice to have a few more spices. Bed was comfortable. Loved to watch the whales and turtles from the balcony.
