Amazing ocean views in an oceanfront condo at Kaleialoha. Nicely furnished and updated with a/c in living room and bedroom unlike other units in this complex, fully appointed kitchen and bathroom. Washer/dryer inside the unit for your convenience. Very quiet and private resort close to restaurants, coffee shops, and food trucks. Located in Honokawai which is the city adjacent to Kaanapali, Kapalua and Napili where all the most beautiful beaches and snorkeling sites. Adjacent swimmable beach during low tides. Turtles around and whales during season. Parking free and no resort fees. Heated swimming pool recently renovated summer of 2024.
No sandbags in front our beach which are eyesore! Would only allow 2 adults.

This unit had a spectacular ocean view. We loved spending time watching whales and sea turtles. Great location, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Unit was very clean with nicely appointed kitchen.

Exactly as advertised in the listing. We were awestruck by the expansive views from the Lani. Would definitely recommend this host and unit.

Really loved this condo and location couldn’t get better . condo unit had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. The bathroom tub did have some issues and the bottom floor was peeling and flaking everywhere. Unfortunately i couldn’t soak in the tub and get that nightly relaxation that my body really needed. overall the condo was clean and i would stay again :)

Lovely Ocean front condo. The Unit had everything we needed and then some. The balcony provided easy sunset viewing and whale watching every evening. A lovely place.

For our 1st return to Maui after a 4 year break and our 10th trip to Maui we are so happy that we chose Ray’s condo. With ocean front views to whale watch and being able to fall asleep to the waves crashing on the shore, how could it not be great! The complex is very well maintained and we saw the resident manager everyday keeping up with daily housekeeping tasks. The condo is situated close to the best fish market, DT Fleming beach and other amenities. You can go out to eat or dine at home just as easily with the provided kitchen gear/complex bbq. The pool is refreshing. We were used to staying at another complex up the road and decided to try a new one, it was a great choice! Ray was prompt with a response to our questions!

There was a little confusion at first about parking and unit number, but everything was quickly handled by the owner. The condo was nicely appointed with fantastic views.

Location was great! Kitchen was reasonably well stocked… would have been nice to have a few more spices. Bed was comfortable. Loved to watch the whales and turtles from the balcony.

We booked a last minute trip to Maui and didn't have the luxury of many lodging choices. We were excited when we found a condo at the Kaleialoha condo complex. This was our 4th time staying at this complex but our first time staying in this specific unit.
We did run into a bit of a hiccup when checking in. I contacted the manager ahead of time requesting early check in at 1pm. The manager confirmed this was ok and that he would schedule cleaning earlier. When we arrived around 2pm we had still not received check in instructions. We ended up having to call to get the check-in info. Upon arrival, the cleaning staff was still there so we dropped our stuff off and sat outside until they were done. Not a huge deal but a bit of a bummer after a long day of travel.
The unit was well stocked with kitchen and beach essentials but overall the unit lacked cleanliness that I hoped to see. There was food still in the refrigerator, the walls were dirty and the bathtub was pretty grimy as well.
All the other units we've stayed in have provided a welcome basket with some snacks, local coffee and a guide to the area but there wasn't anything like that here. Not essential, but it would have been nice to have.
I can't say enough good things about this condo complex, however. It has 4 floors, limited rooms, beach access and direct ocean views in most rooms. We will definitely be back to this condo complex but probably won't stay in this unit again.
