Condo was spotless when we arrived. Kitchen was well equipped, had everything we needed. Less than a block from downtown Kona shopping and restaurant area. No worries about parking, just walk to town. Already reserved this unit for Dec 2025.

There are many places to stay in Kailua, but time after time, we have chosen this one. To us, it is just perfect. Dan, our host is easy to reach and is very kind.. There is new furniture in the living room! There is a lovely walk in shower with grab bars, and the bed is very comfortable. the whole unit is exceptionally clean and perfectly stocked.It's easy to be up early if you are on coast time, and there is nothing that we would rather do than sit outside in the comfortable chairs that are high enough to see over the rail, sip coffee, and watch the dawn come over the ocean,. Unless of coarse its sitting with something cold and delicious while the sun sets into the ocean right out in front.

This is a lovely oceanfront condo located within easy walking distance to town. It is very nicely decorated and comfortable, with brand-new furniture in the living room. The most amazing feature, though, is the large lanai, with a spectacular and expansive view of the ocean. Watching the beautiful sunsets each night with a glass of wine was wonderful and relaxing. We also really appreciated the ceiling fan and pull-down screen on the lanai, which made it very enjoyable even though it was quite warm out.
The condo also has a nice kitchen with everything you need for preparing meals. We really enjoyed the Kona coffee provided by the hosts, which was a very nice touch.
We would definitely stay here again, and really appreciated Dan's hospitality. Mahalo!

This unit is amazing. Lots of special touches. A gorgeous view. A very quiet clean building. It’s a short walk to shopping and restaurants too. We will definitely stay here again if we ever get to come back.

Condo was absolutely clean and everything you would need was there including onolicious coffee in the morning with breathtaking views off the balcony especially the magnificent sunsets daily setting into the ocean. Will definitely be staying there again. Aloha from Maui!!

The condo was even better than the pictures. Very spacious with all new furniture. Our host thought of every detail to make sure we had all that we needed. A beautiful location.Easy to get around to shops, dining and historical areas.

Love our stays at Kona Reef. The location is perfect for access to all Kona has to offer. This unit has been recently updated and the view can’t be beat. Great host! Fruit basket and coffee are a very nice touch!

The stay here exceeded our expectations. This was our first time visiting HI. The condo was very well taken care of, clean, and had the most amazing sunset views from the patio. We were welcomed with a treat of macadamia nut chocolates and Kona coffee. The unit had extra beach towels to use and the washer and dryer was put to good use. The grounds are well taken care of and they had tenets cooking on the grills in the pool area nightly. The location is a short walk into town with access to plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. We were close enough to even walk to Kona Brewery. Loved the location and stay. The contact person was easy to get ahold of on exit to let them know we were checking out. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking at the Kona area.
