Remodeled and ocean front on Kahana Bay. Fresh paint, carpet, restyled & updated decor make this 8th floor1 bedroom a treat for discerning vacationer. Watch movies on the 32" flat screen TV in the ocean front living room. The bedroom has a 26" flat screen. The tiled & glass enclosed stall shower is gorgeous- but there's no bath tub. Bring your laptop and enjoy free Wi-Fi internet access. There is no A/C, but the condo does stay cool from the breeze with the windows open and ceiling fans.

The Valley Isle Resort is an ocean front unit within walking distance to Maui Brewing Co., China Boat, The Beach House Bar and Grill, Miso Phat Sushi, and Dollie's Café and Pub. Nearby Beaches to Valley Isle: Kahekili Beach Park (Airport Beach): generally calm conditions, excellent snorkeling and swimming, public restrooms, BBQ grills and large grassy area Honokowai Beach Park: great for snorkeling due to shallow, reef protected beach, Children’s playground area, plenty of shade, tables and BBQ grills Pohaku Park (S-Turns): calmer during summer months, sandy and rocky shoreline, picnic tables.

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Reviewer Comments:
When i first arrived and it was all closed up it seemed musty and improved when i opened up the street doors. I had originally had the 9th floor and got moved to the 8th floor and don’t think it is as nice. Dirty oven pans and some kitchen supplies were dirty. Fairly quiet but i was disappointed i wasn’t on the 9th floor.

This condo has an amazing view of the ocean and the building sits right on the beach. It is very spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable and it has all of the amenities to make a great stay! I felt very safe on the grounds, and it was very peaceful. Just what I needed for an amazing stay in paradise!

Had a great time! The view in the room was breathtaking! They had everything we needed to make home cook meals. They had some beach equipment that was left over and we also left some that we had bought while we were there for the next guests to enjoy. The rental shop was across the street which was perfect for a paddle board and boogie board rental. The kids had such a good time! The beach was also right outside the location and was not crowded and was personal which we love. We did the road to Hana as well and found the best shaved ice place in the heavy market strip. Overall ,best vacation visit! We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Everything in the condo was clean, well-maintained, and looked just as advertised. But the thing we loved the most was the very welcoming atmosphere when we first arrived at the condo and gorgeous views from the balcony. It was exactly what we were looking for!
