We invite you to stay in our lovely, top floor, ocean front one bedroom, one bathroom condo located at Kahana Reef. Kahana Reef sits just a few yards from the ocean and boasts spectacular scenic seascape. Located about ten (10) minutes South of Kapalua, this quiet four-story complex is the perfect place to relax. Take in the ocean front views, facing the lovely islands of Lanai and Molokai
This top floor, private, corner suite offers sweeping, direct oceanfront views facing the islands of Lanai and Molokai. Kahana Reef 422 is a tastefully renovated one bedroom, one bathroom condo, that boasts extra windows, to let in additional sunlight and desired cool trade winds. Prepare a homecooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen, with full-size stainless-steel appliances complete with a large island, granite counter tops, and all tile floors throughout the unit.
The bedroom has a King bed, and the living room has a Queen sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a large, stand-up shower with glass doors, and a granite countertop vanity. Other extras include a fully stocked beach bin, flat screen high-definition TV, free long distance to U.S. and Canada and free high-speed internet.
590 sq. ft. Minimum 4-night rental. There is a $200.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. 17.962% State Taxes added to all rates. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.

Condo has your basic needs. I have stayed at Kahana Reefs before, this unit is very nice. No A/C, but the fans did the trick. Would stay again. Only real issue was the elevator closest to our unit only worked two days of our 13 day stay, but gives you exercise.😉

The condo has the most amazing view. Clean and nicely updated and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Close to shops and beaches. Very easy check in process and great communication from property manager.

Balcony view of ocean and private beaches were outstanding. Unit was great for 2 of us. Very quite, doesn’t seem busy with people even though parking lot was full. Shopping and other amenities are so close.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great top floor, end-unit which allowed for nice air flow. Super clean, updated, tasteful furniture. Lanai is a nice size and you can hear the waves throughout the condo. We appreciated all of the beach accessories and well stocked kitchen. Bedroom is a little tight but it was fine for us and bed is comfortable. Pretty grounds and centrally located.

We ate every meal on the lovely lanai watching the whales and sunsets. Location made it easy to hit the highway and get to places quickly. Little Chinese restaurant right across the street, McDonalds, coffee shop and brewpub nearby. Beach with playground just down the road.
