Our stay at the oceanfront apartment was perfect! The apartment matched the description and pictures in the listing. The breathtaking views from the apartment, proximity to the beach, restaurants and other attractions, amenities like pool etc makes it an excellent choice. They were very thoughtful and had kept beach towels, chairs and umbrellas which were super useful. I would highly recommend this place for families or friends who want to stay in Maui!

We had a group of 10 stay here and we had the most amazing stay! Absolutely no complaints. Our communication with rob was seamless from the time of booking to the check out process. The condo was immaculate and exactly as pictured and described in the original posting. The property was also wonderful with a really great restaurant right below. We will definitely be staying here if we find ourselves back in Maui!

Our family of 7, including our young adult & teen kids, spent 4 amazing nights in this beautiful condo on the beach. Communication with the owner was perfect. The home was clean & had everything needed for cooking, including many spices & ice maker. Towels, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, coolers in the condo for use. The bathroom set up has the sinks outside the toilet & shower rooms so they can be used even when the shower rooms were occupied. Washer & dryer in the unit worked great. PLENTY of space for a large group to spread out in or outside on the 2 lanais.The lanai off the living room has a large outside table & seating for up to 10 people; we ate our meals there. The view from the living room and lanai is AMAZING! The beach w/mild waves is just below the lanai & perfect for swimming. The A/C worked great, but we mostly just had window & lanai screens open with ceiling fans for a perfect breeze w/o A/C. There’s a small general store within a 5-7 minute walk. There are grocery stores & anything you’d need within a 10 minute drive. It’s close to Kaanapali beach& hotel areas, but “our” beach was a little more secluded & not overpopulated, which was nice. The resort is safe& quiet. The stars at night were beautiful & relaxing. We’d been planning of our family’s 50th state visit to Hawaii for years. Maui was all we dreamed it would be & this condo was truly “icing on the cake” to be our vacation home. We hope we can return to this home again someday! Thank you!!!
Nice clean roomy 5th floor condo with a great view of the ocean and island across the way! Host provides great communication and responds quickly. Provides an assortment of beach and water needs. Large balcony to watch the sun set every night. Right on the beach with great snorkeling. Saw multiple turtles every day! Nice quiet area with shops nearby.

Our family (11 of us) had a wonderful stay here! The view was amazing! Everything was so easy. I planned all the activities months in advance with the help of the concierge desk! There was a welcome meeting we attended that we learned of a few other activities, including a hike to the near by Blow Hole, which was very scenic and fun! There were grills so we could cook a few meals at home and several stores within a few miles. There were also close by coffee shops that my older kids walked to a few mornings. It was all very safe, I felt comfortable with my kids walking to and from the pool and beach alone. My only suggestion would be to bring extra beach towels. We had plenty of towels provided, but we also went swimming in the beach, the pool, sat in the hot tub at night and then took daily showers. Luckily, there was a washer and dryer to help keep up with our towel usage! Would definitely stay there again!!!
Our stay was perfect. The place had everything we needed to accommodate a senior citizen and a family with kids and teens. There was so much space inside with easy access to the beach, pool, spa, and restaurant. Parking was free. Towels, beach chairs, kitchen utensils.... everything we needed was provided. We have no complaints and would stay again.
The property was beautiful and well kept. Our 5th floor condo, #356, overlooked the ocean with views of other islands. This beautiful condo was just what we needed for 4 adults, with lots of room, comfort, and well furnished. Captain Jacks restaurant, on-location, was excellent and was less costly than other local spots. We would choose this condo again in a heart beat!
The property was spacious and roomy; it had everything we needed; it was perfect for our family; the condo was clean except the floor was dirty. Other than that, no negative comments.

The condo is beautiful! Kitchen is huge and stocked with all that is needed utensil and appliance wise. Very spacious facility and the view is incredible! So close to the beach and pool. Air conditioning which is a plus as not all the units at sands of Kahana have air. Rob was amazing to work with and his communication was great!! Mahalo from the bottom of my heart!!!
The condo was air conditioned, in a perfect location 5th floor looking down on the beach. The kitchen had plenty of dishes&pots&pans The grills on the grounds were good. The restaurant was nice. Pool a good size. Water on the beach was calm for swimming chairs for relaxing we would definitely rent this condo again! 5 nights was not enough!
It met all our needs. Very spacious with enough sleeping spots for all ten of us. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking items. Absolutely loved the view from the balcony. Our only complaint was the floors didn’t seem as clean as they could be.
This was our 2nd time staying at Mr. Bayer’s beautiful condo. He is absolutely the best host. He is in constant contact to make sure you have the most wonderful experience. The condo just as beautiful as described. We will definitely be staying there again.
We wanted a location on the beach near other amenities. The location was great and could watch whales from our room.
We had an amazing time here. The condo met or exceeded all of our expectations. It was incredible to wake up and go straight to the lanai to watch the whales jumping. The room felt spacious, clean and quiet. There were plenty of amenities nearby and the staff were all friendly.
This property is located in the Kahana area of Maui. Super convenient for stores, restaurants and beach activities. We watched rainbows and whales almost every morning while having coffee on the lanai. Also had a sea turtle come ashore, right at the property.
