Incredible views! Enjoyed our short stay. No issues. We would stay again.
My husband came to golf, but I came to see whales. And I saw a lot of whales. I sat on the balcony every morning and enjoyed all the whales. While you are not up close like sea world, this was way better than a boat tour. I do recommend a pair of binoculars though. Some came fairly close but most were a little farther out.The bed could be a little softer and the shower was hot or cool only. Overall the condo Was great. We would rent again.
This was the perfect spot for my partner and I. It had everything that we needed for the 2 of us. Quaint and quiet and the most Beautiful spot with amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. Definitely would recommend to couples!

Nasty dark bathroom, would prefer a normal toilet rather than a bidet style. didn't feel sanitary

no practical storage for suitcases
could not use kitchen due to infestation of small spiders/ants
dirty old floor rug stored in bedroom closet
sliding door fell apart and we had to cancel dinner plans to wait for repairman who although very nice, had forgotten that we had called...he seemed overworked
Some resident of the building were clearly unhappy about there being short term renters in their building so at times we felt unwelcome
Reference to a cooler and snorkel gear should be disregarded as those items should be replaced
Hosts were dismissive about our concerns
We enjoyed our visit, condo was well equipped and beautiful view from patio. 9 th floor was great for viewing whales.
Sunsets, whales, extraordinary views all day. Unit has been very well renovated, Maui Kai has been around since 1970 I believe, everything functioned well, clean, no issues, of particular note were the sliders were cleaned as it is a million $$$ view.
Condo was great. You can't beat the view. We saw turtles, whales, stingrays and even a monk seal. Love the location!!!! Lots of amenities within walking distance.
You stay here for the views. Breathtaking.
The veiw was amazing. It had high end appliances, which made it easier when cooking and a nice refrigerator. Everything was clean when we arrived and it also had two beach chairs, a boogy board, and two small coolers that we used for out drinks. The area was close to almost everthing. Overall we were very happy.
Truly enjoyed the stay. The facility is well maintained. Everything worked fine. The view and environment is great. Lot of “small” items were supplied, such as beach towels and toys, sunscreen…. Thanks a lot.
