We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Having the ocean right outside the patio door was unbeatable…we saw some beautiful sunsets! My husband swam in the ocean right outside the condo several times and had sea turtles swim right by him. The condo itself was very clean as were the property grounds. Everything was very well maintained! We were close to lots of great restaurants, activities and sightseeing! We would definitely stay here again.
We love this property. Over the years, we’ve stayed in this complex and 103 was our favorite stay. We’ll definitely stay again. The host was always responsive, helpful and pleasant. The condo is well appointed. Super clean. Very comfy bed and living room furniture. We had everything we needed and then some.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Hoyochi Nikko! The first floor unit was perfect for easy access to the pool and ocean front area. The unit had everything you would ever need plus more. I highly reco.mend this property!
The condo is perfectly stocked, easy to find anything we needed. We cooked in most nights it was awesome. I would love to make my kitchen at home so convenient. Location was exactly what we wanted. We will visit again.

If you are looking for a place to hang out and enjoy the Ocean than this is the place for you. Breath taking views of the Ocean from the lanai and from the pool. Condo was quite and clean. Would highly recommend staying at the Hoyochi Nikko.
Gorgeous oceanfront property with beautiful grounds & accommodations. Kitchen was fully stocked, comfortable bed and beautiful furniture! Jody made sure the place was perfect for us!
We have stayed at Hoyochi in this unit quite a few times and it’s always a wonderful stay. The unit is well equipped, comfortable and has an unbeatable view. We will definitely be back!
The condo was very clean, well organized and stocked with everything we needed (towels, beach chairs). The view from the lanai is amazing and only steps to the pool and to the ocean. Very quiet and peaceful. Can’t wait to come back.
