Nice sunset view. Good beach gear.
Really enjoyed our stay sunset views from the lanai, plenty of beach/pool gear, well equipped kitchen everything we needed. If we stayed in Kona again we would book the Royal Sea Cliff. The property owner/manager was very responsive.
Alexis’ condo was the perfect place for a very lovely few days in Kona. We spent mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the ocean view and the adults only pool overlooking the ocean was delightful!! An easy drive or uber ride is close to so many great restaurants and shopping. It will be on my do it again list!!
Our location was perfect for all the activities that we had planned! It was very easy to travel to & from the property, around the island! The space was satisfactory with a wonderful & spacious patio/balcony to see the ocean & sunsets. The interior could use some updating.
Swimming pool areas excellent--stunning ocean views and comfortable furniture--spent hours there. Large lanai with ocean and mountain views. Good selection of beach towels and folding chairs. Unit is sterile--no color, no art on walls, large empty spaces in living room and bedroom. No seating in main bdrm. Problems--flood in kitchen, loose faucet in bathroom. Few teaspoons, no spatula, short supplies of TP, hangers, slippery tub-shower floor (we left a new shower mat). Screen doors hard to open/close, some need repair, all need lubrication. Bedroom door doesn't lock. Small bdrm needs dresser. Comfy chair for living room. Beds, large and comfy.
There was a lot to appreciate about this property. Communication with the property manager was excellent, with my questions answered very quickly. We appreciated that our car was shaded from the hot sun in the assigned parking space underneath the building. The elevators ran quickly, and we never waited more than a few seconds for one. The condo was very clean, and it had all the amenities we needed. We also appreciated the air conditioning and were conscientious about not having doors open when the AC was on. The overall property was quiet, clean, and well maintained and in a great location - close to downtown but removed a little from any hustle and bustle. We would definitely return! Thank you.
This property was as the listing showed. Comfortable beds and an amazing view of the sunset over the beach.

The condo has been very thoughtfully organized for families or for whoever might visit. Communication with the owner was great very responsive
They have done an excellent job …. everything was great no worries.
Condo is in a great location and the condo complex is very well cared for with beautiful plants, 2 lovely pools, and scheduled classes in bracelet and necklaces bead making. The condo is very clean. The only thing I would mention is the layout of the bathrooms. The sink is open to the bedroom with only a door between the toilet and shower so if you are up before your partner it is hard to wash up without waking them.
We had a really nice time.
