We had a great time! This place had an amazing view and was within walking distance to food and shops.

Such an amazingly wonderful 3 night day,husband & I enjoyed at this lovely, updated waterfront-condo on the lovely island of Kona. Ocean waves lulled us to sleep. It was very comfortable, exceptionally clean and fully furnished. Ishmael and Dawn were perfect hosts, and they were quick to respond to our communication - this is a place where we definitely plan to return!!
This is a great place. It is just the right size for people that want to be outside and exploring throughout the day. We loved coffee on the deck watching whales. We used the pool, and we loved the short walk to restaurants. I would definitely return.
Everything was great except for the tiny toilet stall and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. But very nice accommodations.
This unit was exactly as depicted. It was clean and in a convenient location, very walkable. The ocean view was fantastic.
Location is excellent. Easy walk to town center. Condo is average but great view of sunsets. Kitchen well equipped. Very good communication with rental co.
Great experience. The air conditioning did not work most of the time, but was eventually corrected. A bit pricey, but what isn't expensive in Hawaii?
We loved our stay here! The view on the balcony was our favorite part and we loved being able to easily walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. There isn’t much sandy, swim able beach on this part of Kona, so if that’s what you’re looking for I’d look elsewhere. But there is a nice little beach within walking distance that is great to lay out and get your feet wet. The pool is also a great option right next to the ocean!

Great place. Best location ever! Gorgeous view of the ocean from the lanaii! Our only complaint is that cold air kept pouring out of a vent in the bedroom that could not be closed regardless of the air-conditioning setting (even "off"), and it froze us. But that glitch was easily ignored due to the fantastic location and amazing view. And the living area did not get freezing cold like the bedroom.
The property is clean and very well kitted out for a vacation stay. The lounge was very comfortable and the kitchen is modern and well equipped. The beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler were a welcome surprise. The property is in a great location for bars and restaurants and other facilities. We would highly recommend this property.
The location was wonderful, walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment. The view was a beautiful view of the waves crashing on rocks and open sea.
The condo furnishings are a bit dated, but the refurbished kitchen appliances and flooring are nice. Only problem we had is that the kitchen sink’s water faucet pressure would fade down to nothing at times and since the laundry room is next door, someone got in after hours and the machines were loud one night (maybe overloaded and thumping like off balance). Never did see anyone in the condo’s office.
But overall, worth it.
Everything was wonderful. The air conditioning control unit on the wall should should be replaced. You can not read the numbers on the settings due to some of the LED’s being burned out
Close to town for shops and restaurants. Right on the beach to watch waves and surfers. Perfect location.
Place was comfortable and clean. Listened to the waves breaking all night. Perfect location near downtown Kona. Would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our vacation in Hawaii. One of the things we liked the most about this condo was the incredible view from the lanai. We sat outside everyday and saw whales and many beautiful sunsets. We felt like we were on top of the water. In addition, we were able to easily walk to town each day for lattes, dinner and shopping

convenient to walk into Kona, pleased with assigned parking [even if I wished we rented a slightly smaller car]
