Very spacious condo with spectacular views of beach, valley, and mountains from the 13th floor! Swam with sea turtles at nearby beach! Saw sea turtles from our balcony, but swimming was a bit challenging there. Loved eating at the nice nearby restaurant called The Beach House. Expensive but worth it. Drove to Falls and Windward side, but was glad to come home to cozy and quiet condo. Loved going to the pool and jacuzzi. Thanks for having beach chairs and an umbrella. I left a new 2 racket and ball set we never used for the next family. I miss the condo and would love to recommend it to anyone who wants a week in Paradise!
Beautiful condo! Had everything we needed for a great stay including beach gear and boardgames. The view was incredible and the beach was practically private. The location is out of the way, which is what we expected. Having the added lanai space of this corner unit made a huge difference. We saw sea turtles every morning!
Great place! Well stocked with pots and pans . Cooking utensils. Beach items. beach chairs and boogie boards. Just need to bring yourself.! Amazing view ! Unbeatable.
This was a beautiful place to stay. Amazing sunset view. Quit and away from all the big city life, but also close to the city if that’s your thing. Very nice beaches. I Loved my time here. Fred is the owner and is very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

Our stay at this location was amazing! The views of the ocean, beach and mountains are beautiful. I think it's the prettiest place we've ever been. The condo had everything we needed including towels, beach towels, beach toys, chairs, etc. The entire condo had air conditioning, which was great for the hotter days. The pool and hot tub were very nice to use when we needed a cool down from the sun and the beach. I was a bit worried about all the comments regarding the homeless around this area. We felt very safe and were never bothered by anyone even once. The west side of Oahu is magical and you would be missing out if you did not give this place a chance! Fred was amazing also and checked on us mid week to see if anything was needed. We had the best vacation and all had tears in our eyes leaving. Thank you for a great couple weeks!
The condo was great! It had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable! The view and the beach access couldn't get any better.
Older property but very comfortable unit right on the water. The waves can be heard from anywhere in the unit.
We had a great stay at this condo. The condo is exactly as pictured/ described. Well stocked kitchen and beach gear. The multiple sliding doors were wonderful for letting the breeze in so much we never had to use the AC. Would stay here again.
We absolutely loved staying here! The turtles, the whales, the sunsets! The unit was very clean and spacious. It is close to places to eat and shop, but if you’re looking to be in the heart of Waikiki you will need to drive. We didn’t mind being farther away as it gave us opportunities to explore. We will definitely be staying here again. Mahalo!
We love the Hawaiian Princess. Fred was a wonderful host. He was so accomodating We had a wonderful stay.
We spent 5 nights in Fred’s condo and couldn’t have asked for more. We are an outdoorsy fairly active couple in our 60s that enjoy a quieter place to stay and this fit the bill. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The sunsets were AMAZING! my personal favorite part of our stay was the sound of neighbors blowing conch shells at sunset. Very magical.
If you want to stay outside the touristy areas this place will work.
The Beachhouse restaurant that Fred recommended is a fun place close by for dinner. And the beach in front and to the left of the restaurant is sweet and with calm waters.
While we were visiting the surf was too rough for us in front of the condo. But it was fun watching boogie boarders ride the waves! And we saw turtles everyday.
The locals we met were all wonderful. We were greeted as Auntie and Uncle on several occasions.
The homelessness is hard to see but they keep to themselves.

The view from the lanai was absolutely beautiful, waves, sand, and sunsets, absolutely beautiful.
We stayed over Christmas and New Year's. Everything was great! Fireworks on New Years was spectacular! Best we have ever seen on our many Hawaiian vacations! Sunsets every night. 2 fully breached whales and a couple of dolphins pods viewed right from the lanai. Everything we could need in the suite, in kitchen, plus books and games, and tonnes of beach things including coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, and much more!! Turtles galore swimming up and down the beach front. so cool!! The beach was beautiful sand and the bay was a perfect combination for everything from swimming to surfing, to simply strolling up the sand. Fred was amazing, and a fantastic host.
