Pros- clean condo with easy access from main road in Kihei. There is a pool and hot tub which were a must have for my husband. It was in a convenient location and pretty quiet despite the road right there. Cons - I wish there would have been these details in listing-1. While condo is very close to the beach, the beach itself is rocky and rough surf. I never saw a soul swimming off the beach here. We ended up driving to different beaches daily, none of which were along the Kihei coast. 2. Details like what coffee maker is here, what renter may want to buy (baggies, ground coffee, extra towels), the fact that the pool code changes weekly (should be provided before check-in)3. There weren’t enough towels to go around just with 2 of us here for 6 days. I ended up having to do a load every other day to keep up. While there is a community laundry room close by, it does require you to download the app and purchase a minimum of 10 each time you need to add money. 4. This condo has little privacy as far as opening your blinds to let the light in- it is level to the parking lot and faces it. This was slightly annoying for us in the evenings as we sat visiting on the couch and wanted the slight breeze and sunshine. I might consider staying here again even with the downsides, as the quiet and convenience are 2 of my main concerns. It would have been lovely to be closer to a main swimming beach though, where we didn’t have to pack up the car every day.

I stayed here with my toddler daughter, for 7 days. The listing was accurate - the property is recently renovated and has an upscale feel, while also being clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice. The TVs with streaming services were a nice addition, and the internet was fast and didn’t have any issues. We cooked at home for most of the time, and the kitchen had everything needed, including a full size stove and oven, toaster oven, microwave, pots and dishes, etc. The grilling spot outside by the pool was a nice treat for grilling fresh island fish and has great ambience! The pools were sparkling clean, and my daughter enjoyed splashing in the wading pool. The location is great, you can literally walk out the back patio, across a manicured field, and right to the beach and ocean. The sunsets are gorgeous, and we really enjoyed watching them from the dunes at night. The laundry room worked great, the check-in process was seamless. The traffic in Kihei can get to be a bit much if you’re headed towards Wailea, but other than that, the location is great for getting to all the major spots around the island, and quick access (maybe 15 mins) to the airport and Kahului (where Costco and Whole Foods are, etc). Altogether, really enjoyed our stay here, no issues at all, and we’ll hopefully stay here again on our next visit. Thanks all!!
