This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo was just completely remodeled. The Beach is right in front of the oceanfront property. Incredible sunset views year round and just minutes away from shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and golfing.
The unit is situated on the north side of the Kauhale Makai property overlooking the garden area. and is located right on the beach. The Beach (Waipu’ilani Beach) in front of the Resort is a long sandy beach with some coral/rocks protected by reef and suitable for long walks, whale watching and swimming.
Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler are also provided.
Starting from April 22, 2024, the pool will be temporarily closed until May 6th, 2024, for maintenance.

This condo is stunning.
The openness and lighting in the kitchen was amazing.
Super nice bath, plenty of room in the shower and the sink is nicely upgraded for people over 6'.
The colors and layout are very Maui and I loved staying here!
Highly recommend and the owner is here to ensure you have an amazing experience here!

I stayed here with my toddler daughter, for 7 days. The listing was accurate - the property is recently renovated and has an upscale feel, while also being clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice. The TVs with streaming services were a nice addition, and the internet was fast and didn’t have any issues. We cooked at home for most of the time, and the kitchen had everything needed, including a full size stove and oven, toaster oven, microwave, pots and dishes, etc. The grilling spot outside by the pool was a nice treat for grilling fresh island fish and has great ambience! The pools were sparkling clean, and my daughter enjoyed splashing in the wading pool. The location is great, you can literally walk out the back patio, across a manicured field, and right to the beach and ocean. The sunsets are gorgeous, and we really enjoyed watching them from the dunes at night. The laundry room worked great, the check-in process was seamless. The traffic in Kihei can get to be a bit much if you’re headed towards Wailea, but other than that, the location is great for getting to all the major spots around the island, and quick access (maybe 15 mins) to the airport and Kahului (where Costco and Whole Foods are, etc). Altogether, really enjoyed our stay here, no issues at all, and we’ll hopefully stay here again on our next visit. Thanks all!!
