A piece of Hawaiian heaven! This newly remodeled and refurbished 3rd floor condo is like brand-new. It's a super spacious, high-ceiling, air-conditioned, end-unit, so you have a wrap around lanai with peek-a-boo view of the ocean and a view of neighboring golf course! It's perfect for a single or multiple couples or the whole family. The owner has thought of everything to make this a great place with lots of room for fun.

Located in the ever-popular Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club the unit is perfectedly situated for any activities visitors might want.

The space
Stunning two-bedroom, two-bath plus loft, newly upgraded condo located in top-rated, oceanfront Surf & Racquet Club complex in the exclusive Keauhou area of Kailua-Kona. Breathtaking views surround you in this beautiful paradise location. There are extensive gardens, a fantastic pool and three tennis courts and an oceanfront walkway just five minutes meandering walk from your building entry way. Kahalu'u Beach Park and the Keauhou Shopping Center are both a two-minute drive. It really is the perfect vacation spot!

This unit is situated on the 3rd floor and has a bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom set up as a sitting room on the same level and two twin extra-long twin beds that can be turned into a king bed in the loft area. The sectional couch in the living room also has a sofabed which can comfortably sleep two guests. That's sleep accommodations for up to eight guests or if you have four guests that each want their own sleeping space!

There is a full kitchen, two full baths and all the amenities you might want already in the unit. This includes a washer and dryer.

This lovely condo also has ONE designated parking spot that is free for our guests. There is extra Visitor Spots that are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

There are three tennis courts on property with one being set up to support pickle ball. There is also a tennis pro available upon request. Sign up sheets to use the courts are located in the main pavillion next to courts and swimming pool. There are also bathrooms next to pool/tennis courts and all of these amenities are limited to owners/guests only and accessible by designated code for each guest.
