It was a very nice, clean condo with fantastic views of the ocean. I wish they would state that there is no elevator in their ad, other than that it was in a great location close to everything. We had a wonderful week.
We had an amazing stay at the condo! Got it for the view, really appreciated eating meals on the lanai overlooking the beach and ocean
Beaches and Restaurants and Bar easy walking distances
The condo is spacious, right on a beautiful beach and centrally located to restaurants and attractions. It is very well appointed with everything you need for a beach vaca - from beach chairs, sun umbrellas, cooler and boards to sunscreen. Furniture and decorations were tastefully chosen, functional and clean. However, there were a couple major issues. First, the air conditioner is woefully inadequate. It was always hot and stifling in the bedroom. No matter how long you run the air conditioner, the bedroom is never cooled. We had both ceiling fans, the two portable tower fans and the air conditioner running and we still had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed. It really did no good to close the outside sun shade, the curtains or open windows to let the breeze through. Very disappointing. Second, as acknowledged by the host in their extensive rules and instructions, there are bugs - specifically roaches … and lots of them. They congregated on the kitchen counters and hid under coffee maker - “Good morning.” The condo needs to be fumigated and treated much more often. Very disappointing. Oh, also remove the water restrictor on the show head or replace it. You have to keep the shower on for a long time just to rinse off soap. Adding to the heat and humidity in the unit.
We had a great time. Everything is close by. The view is beautiful. 3 flights of stairs is a bit tough. But wonderful.
The view from the unit is great, and the beach immediately in front of the property is beautiful.
Incredible oceanfront condo in Kihei. What a great experience from check-in to checkout. Views for days! Great facility that's well stocked with utensils and cleaning products. Appliances all worked well, and the beach chairs and Boogie boards were very nice to have. Beautiful property so close to the beach with sensational sunsets.

Fun Hawaiian theme decorations. Location was great, and just steps from the beach, where at dusk, I saw 6 big turtles haul out and rest in the sand. Pool was super clean. Plus the bed was super comfortable for me, (which is something I always worry about). It was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay in Kihei on beautiful Maui. This condo was all that we hoped it would be. We would definitely book it again.
The property is awesome. Many restaurants, shops, markets and cafes are within a 5-10 min walk. The beach is literally your back yard. Unobstructed views (except by palm trees) of the ocean and lots of room to just relax on the grass or on the beach itself.
Beach area isnt super busy like the others in the Wailea / Kihei border area. I even saw honu lounging on the beach.
We loved our stay! The view was unbeatable, we spent most mornings and evenings on the lanai. The unit was very clean and had many essentials that got us through the week. We loved the location. The only thing lacking was water pressure in the shower. Would recommend this unit and would love to stay here again if we return to Maui.
Good place to stay in Kihei
Honestly might be my favorite place I ever stayed. Me and my wife did a couple nights during our honeymoon and we were able to travel the whole island as well as eat out in town every night and come home to an amazing sunset. Highly recommend
A condo on the third floor. Has everything you may need for your stay. Plus walking distance to many of the great restaurants & markets there. We loved it there at this condo. But the view was breathtaking & the beach was just enough. Haha I can hardly wait to come back for my next stay. Love it.
The setting was awesome. Condo was complete with well stocked kitchen. It is getting a bit run down and could use some fresh paint. Floors needed to be mopped. If walking barefoot, feet got pretty dirty. Really appreciated all the ice and ice trays provided.

The condo is perfect for a couple. Right on the beach with beautiful sunsets. Great location for all activities on the island. Condo is updated and very clean. Would stay here again.
My wife and I loved our stay in Kihei. The location is ideal for exploring all parts of the island and the sunsets from the lanai are fantastic!
From the moment we stepped out on to the balcony our daily stresses melted away.
While the building is a bit older we had everything we needed. It was clean and very comfortable. Soft, comfortable bed, cozy yet spacious living area, nice kitchen, and even had backpack beach chairs, ice chest, beach towels, and a boogie board!
There is a beautiful sparkling pool as well but never needed since the beach here was calm and warm 😀
The owners and management were gracious hosts!
We cant wait to come back, I can't think of anywhere else we would stay.
Clean and well stocked condo. A little outdated but fine for what we needed. Beautiful sunsets every night! Beautiful long beach for walks. Water not as swimmable as we were hoping due to large lava rocks but still nice. Great pool. Great central location to venture to other spots from. Kihei is a neat little town. Would highly recommend!
What a great condo to stay at for 2 weeks! Very clean and the hosts were very accommodating to any needs I had. Had everything I needed to enjoy the beach and the condo building including two BBQ’s that I used a few times. Was a bit windy, for many days so the water was pretty rough and using the beach umbrella challenging! There were some big rains but the area I was in was not flooded like other areas north and south. My only critique is the ac is in the living room and getting cool air to the bedroom area was challenging, even with the provided fans. Just a minor issue though. I would stay there again! Thanks guys!!
Enjoyed a few days here. Unit is as described and provides what you need. The location is prefect, spent hours watching whales, and generally relaxing on the lanai. Good pool and the easiest access to the beach. Only thing to note is it is a three story walk up but the stairs aren’t that bad, even for an older person like me with bad ankles.
The view of the beach and the sunset each day was wonderful. The location was convenient for several sightseeing excursions to the rest of the island.
The property was clean and in very good condition, with local dining and shopping and grocery options all within easy walking distance.
