Overall let me say, the location is amazing. It doesn't get better; however, the condo could benefit from some minor updates inside. These are really a matter of preference. Newer coffee pot, toaster, non-stick pots and pans, TV in the bedroom. Would I stay here again, absolutely, would I double check some of the other rooms next door first, most likely. Again, it's just about preference. Other than that, having your own non-public beach 1 min walking distance from your condo is unbeatable.
The unit is "tired". Cobwebs in hard to reach places, major chair in living room is broken, couch cushions smell of body odor, sand chair is sticky, kitchen knives desperately need sharpening!! Need accessible outlets in bedroom for charging phones, etc (a lamp with usb outlets would be helpful). Bulb out in bathroom.
Footsteps away from a lovely beach. Loved paddling the ocean and taking great walks along the shore that goes for miles. Heaven!
Sugarbeach is our go to place for relaxation and vitamin sea.. love the view,, location,, quiet, Sandwitch bar.....I needed assistance a couple times during our stay and the rental company was there for us 100%. Great customer service! The room was clean and tidy when we arrived. I read reviews about the condo that mention a need for updating in the bathroom, which is true and I knew that going in. The shower head is perfect for me but not my 6' husband but we managed. The bed was cozy, plenty of extras for our stay. All in all a wonderful stay and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful location, grounds and amenities were awesome. The steps out to the beach was right there, as you walk out/off the patio. This unit needs a paint uplift. But location is perfect.

Wonderful stay! There is no better place to stroll the beach or watch the sunset. From the moment you wake until you call it a night the view is yours to savour.

We loved our stay at the Sugar Beach and loved the location of this unit. We feel that there needs to be some updating of the particular the very tired bathroom....maybe rip out that old tub and just have a nice clean shower! Also, the cleaning cupboard and bedroom closet could be sorted out, organized and cleaned...and maybe some supplies (Windex, kitchen spray, etc.) could be included so we can help keep your unit nice.That being said, we had a wonderful time and the property managers responded immediately to fix the broken sliding doors in the bedroom.We would rent this unit again.
Our stay was short but we had a wonderful time. Property was nice and the view was amazing.
