Lovely property with all the conveniences. Well equipped kitchen. Short walk to the beach. Easy access to resorts with restaurants. Not too crowded and beautiful landscape.
Every single thing was perfect
We'll be back! Super clean home in a great location with a few beaches easy to walk to (2 min). Beds are so comfy and the kitchen has everything you need. I forgot to look to see if beach towels are provided and they are not so I bought 4 and left them for others!
It’s a beautiful property, the automated blinds on balcony are a plus. We only had a few small issues while there, one was a remote for tv needed new batteries, the toilet in master suite needs repair, it’s keeps running when flushed, and steak knife’s are needed in kitchen. Would absolutely stay here again.
Our condo was amazing!! Very clean and recently remodeled. The main floor and master balconies had a great view of the beach and sunsets. It was walking distance to shops and restaurants. There are multiple pools and a pickle ball court. The grounds are well kept and have beautiful plants throughout. We would highly recommend!
The condo has every appliance and utensil you need to prepare all of your meals and the common area BBQ are steps away. Very well appointed. Total reno made the condo feel just like home and the AC cooled things of after a hot long day. Large sliding glass doors open the front and back walls to let the breeze and sounds come in to the condo. Large lanai to enjoy the sunsets, dinner or early morning coffees. Automatic sun shades to the lanai and back porch were a nice touch. Lots of beach chairs to use. Steps away from a great beach or the secondary pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the walking path that goes all the way down the shore line of Wailea and connection to several resorts. 10 mins walk to several dinner spots at the Shops of Wailea. You can walk the beach all the way down to Kihei as well. Property manager was great and the grounds crew keeps the common areas immaculate. Can't say enough positive things about the place. We'll be back
I almost don’t want to write this review to keep this unit available for our family. We always stay at Wailea Elua after many years of coming to Maui as a child. We have stayed at many units and this one was one of our favorites. It had the best air conditioning by far and Janna helped with questions I had about a kids rental company I went through. I had Costco delivery dropped off while we were en route and she was kind enough to coordinate all of it getting inside so it wouldn’t melt. I liked the layout of this unit and the privacy of the patio out back. Beautiful view of the sunset from the lanai every night and great location. We will be back!
I've been going to Maui (and this complex) since 2014 and this has been the best place by far. The pictures don't even do it justice. Wolf appliances, sensational views, full sliding doors and blinds, and an amazing agency (Janna) that ensure no detail is missed. If you want the Wailea experience, book this.
Our third year here did not disappoint. The condo is comfortable and in a great location. The grounds are beautifully maintained. It is the perfect place to relax and recharge.
Lovely condo, clean and well-equipped. Comfortable for our family of four. We’ll be back!

Stayed here with total of 3 adults and a baby and had a wonderful time. Everything was clean, well-designed, and conveniently located near the beach and the pools. Kitchen is well equipped for making nice dinners (though we did have to buy oil, salt, etc). The grill is not available at the actual condo since it looks like there are new fire-safety rules about this - but there are communal grills near the pools which were very convenient to access. The staff who run the grounds were really kind, the communication with the host was excellent and they were very attentive and welcoming. We had a wonderful time going to the beach, going to the pools, walking around the area, and enjoying as many meals as possible on the lanai soaking in the view! Mahalo!!
Great location … who doesn’t love Maui. Great property … Wailea Elua. Great condo … furnishings and view spectacular. And, wonderful, professional service … Janna and Carolyn are responsive, effective, and made our stay memorable.

We loved everything about our stay in1507. Elua Village is the perfect location, the grounds were lovely, and the condo is a short stroll to the beach and the pools. We also appreciated how quiet it was immediately surrounding the unit. The condo was very clean, very comfortable, nicely decorated, and well appointed. Janna was very responsive and friendly. I will look no further when staying in Maui. So much to see and do within walking distance of Elua Village, and Ulau beach is wonderful for snorkeling and swimming. Also, many other wonderful beaches close by. I would be thrilled to have the opportunity to stay here again. Very pleased with our stay here!
The nicest vacation rental our family has stayed in, and we travel a lot. Clean and new, with very comfortable furniture and nice amenities. Steps from Ulua Beach, the walking path, and all Wailea has to offer.
One thing to note, there are not starter items to get you going in the kitchen. (cooking oil or spray, sugar, condiments, etc.) Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind if you stop at a store on the way in.
We visit Wailea often, and this is definitely our new go to place to stay. Thank you Janna!

This was our second time renting this unit and again it was perfect. A well appointed, centrally located unit with a lovely view. Our two weeks were wonderfully relaxing!
