Spring break vacation in Maui. Condo was as advertised. No issues. The owner was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend and we hope we are able to rent again in the future.
Great views. Nice property. Could use some updating inside, but we didn’t come to stay inside. Having the Murphy bed was one of our most important needs as we will not stay in a unit with a sleeper sofa.this was my 2nd stay in the unit and would definitely rent the same unit again. Mike and Elaine are very thoughtful hosts.

We got sperated in the Lahaina fire situation and Mike went out of his way to help where he could to assist my wife to safely get on the evacuation bus and was a re assuring presence.

Beautiful location, 12th floor, expansive ocean and shoreline view. Well appointed, very clean, nice linens, includes washer/dryer. Very friendly owner, who welcomes communications w/guests with questions on procedures and expectations as well as providing written a list of arrival instructions. We have stayed in several hotels and condos in Kaanapali including the Sheraton, Marriott’s Ocean resort, Kaanapali Beach Villas, as well as others in Kihei and Wailea, and after staying here, this will be our “go to” place.

Wonderful property for our family spring break trip to Maui. We enjoyed everything about the condo from the comfy beds to the well stocked kitchen and other thoughtful touches. The view and large lanai were spectacular for relaxing or enjoying a meal or beverage. It is on the Whalers Village side however you still have full unobstructed view of the ocean. Just stunning. We wanted to stay right in Ka’anapali and the location was so perfect. This condo truly had everything we needed for a great trip!

This property, right on the beach at Ka’anapali Maui, is the perfect place to do as much, or as little, as you like. The location is central to a great swim beach, snorkeling, whale watching, catamaran cruising, shopping and dining. It’s even got an “express route” to the ABC store. This time, we ubered from the airport and left the rental for the hundreds of others waiting in line. No regrets at all! The condo itself is great! Nicely appointed and comfortable with views of the sunrise and the sunset. The site and sounds of the crashing waves are exactly what we come for. This is our second stay in this same unit and we will be back. The Jordan’s are fantastic hosts. Mahalo & Aloha
This rental is a great unit on the 12th floor. It has wonderful views of the beach and overlooks the Whaler's Village. The unit has all the necessary conveniences and consistent with the posted pictures. Communication with the owners was easy. This is a condo that I would rent again.
We’ve stayed in many different units at the Whaler over the years and this is a favorite. Best stocked kitchen for actual cooking we’ve had, very clean and comfortable. We’ve come to prefer this building and the wide views it offers. We also like hearing the live music from the Hula Grill while we enjoy a sunset cocktail on the huge lanai. Mike is a terrific host with exceptional communication. We will definitely be back!

First time on Maui and the goal was a 1 BR condo with a lanai that offered a great ocean view. We got it completely. Lovely, relaxing and completely equipped with anything we would need. Mike and Elaine were great and responsive hosts. Thanks so much for making our vacation so wonderful.
What a wonderful time my wife and I had on our return to Maui after 16 years. This condo was perfect for our needs. Great spot, great views, perfect weather, beautiful beach. I could go on and on. The owner of this unit is a true first class guy! We would absolutely stay here again.
We enjoyed the beautiful beach views from the lanai, relaxing sound of the waves all day and night, and direct access to all activities along Kaanapali beach at this location. Highly recommend staying here.

Our fourth stay at The Whaler, our first at this property. Great views from the lanai. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the weather and all the amenities of the condo to relax and unwind. I actually read a book from the huge library the condo offered!
Wife and I loved our stay in this unit. Fantastic location, right on Kaanapali beach. Steps from Whalers village. Condo was well kept and stocked. Can't beat the view from the lanai. We walked every morning on the pathway along the beach.

This condo is indeed perfect in every way. Perfect location. Perfect view. Perfect amenities. We had such a great time here that the only complaint is that we had to leave! The Condo so very well located right next to Whaler Village. The views are breathtaking, and the unit is very well stocked.. It was very comfortable for 3 of us. Highly tecommend.
Loved staying at the Whaler. Condo was very clean and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Very relaxing atmosphere on the property and close to lots of restaurants. Highly recommend and would love to return someday!
We were a 3 generation group of 8 who rented 3 condos at the Whaler. My father (age 76) stayed in this lovely condo and loved it. It was the most economical of the 3 rentals, but the largest, best equipped, and with the best views from the 12th floor. The in unit washer dryer was an excellent perk. Tiny downside that is not relevant is that it is less updated than the other units (if trendy tile in kitchen and bathrooms is important). Outstanding location - walk to excellent restaurants, fun shopping, bars and steps to the beach. We enjoyed Kaanapali more than the Wailea area in a previous trip. Highly recommended.
