We loved our 9 days in Kona at this great condo. Claudia was wonderful to work with and very easy to contact. I really appreciated the extra information and notes on how to use everything in the condo. The space was perfect for our family of four and the kids enjoyed their own private space in the upstairs room. The best part was the HUGE lanai with tons of space to relax and enjoy the view of the water. Being on the 3rd floor was also nice to have the best views and the large vaulted ceilings. Mahalo!
The view is excellent with an ocean view from the living area & lanai. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals if you wish to do so. The condo is very comfortable with a large tv in the family room. The carpet is exceptionally clean & fresh. The host is just a call away for any questions. The only issue we had was the construction noises for the renovation of the pool beneath the condo for our entire stay. Also there is no designated parking space for this condo, we were here during the marathon. So with parking spaces being blocked for the construction of the pool and the marathon guests, parking was limited.

The condo is very comfortable, spacious, and clean. A perfect stay for our family on our trip to the Big Island. Communication was prompt, clear, and helpful from the hosts. The place is well cared for and the overall property is very nice and easy to access. Would recommend for your stay!
We loved our stay here! There were three adults in our party so my husband and I took the loft and my sister got the room downstairs. It is palatial in size! Claudia (owner) is a dream to work with. Favorite things included great location, lanai sunsets, fully equipped kitchen with washer/ dryer. Wish I’d booked another week!
We've been staying at this lovely getaway for a few years. It's a perfect fit for our family. The owners/managers are incredibly responsive and helpful -- they do everything in their power to make sure our tropical getaway is perfect.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others. If you are considering this property for your stay, lock it in!! you won't be disappointed.
We had a wonderful stay.
The condo was cleaned and ready for us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for a 2 week stay.
There were a lot of extras provided by the owners. First of all, having a secure internet was awesome!
Also, the owners had beach chairs, umbrella and a small cooler that we could use.
The location of the resort was great. We were able to walk to the local grocery store. The adult pool in the resort was wonderful.
Best of all, if the sky was clear, we got to see the sunset from our balcony.
It's a great place to stay.
This is the third time we have stayed at a condo in the Kona Coast Resort. These units are large, they have a large lanai and the top floor units have an amazing view of palm trees, the ocean, clouds and sky. This unit was no exception. It had a large bathroom, large living room, large kitchen and bedrooms. It had a loft which we didn’t need but the loft has a king bed and bathroom with a shower as well. Heat rises so it was warm with no ac unit up there. The downstairs bedroom also had no a/c unit so used multiple fans to help cool it down. This bothered my wife more than me. The unit has a washer and dryer which is very convenient. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, etc to use on the beach. The unit is right above the quiet pool which is convenient. There are grills positioned conveniently around the facility and most have rosemary bushes growing by them for fresh herbs. The facility is a short walk to KT A grocery store and lomgs drug. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again in the future.

Having never really seen the property except the pictures, I wasn't sure what to expect. It was as shown and even more of a pleasure. There's a beautiful balcony to have morning coffee and to watch the sunset every day. The kitchen is wonderfully appointed. The beds are very comfortable. The downstairs bath has an amazing shower. The entire complex is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The quiet pool is right below the unit. The owners are lovely people, who responded to every question even before we were there. We are seniors and the only issue we had was climbing two flights of stairs every day to get to the unit. Otherwise we highly recommend this condo.
The condo is huge and very well equipped. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella. The pool just under the condo was being renewed but it is looking good for future use, we hope to return.
Very clean, well maintained, lots of swimming and beach toys to use, well supplied kitchen. The view from the 3rd floor balcony patio is fabulous. The 2 pools were very nice and the cafe had great meals.
The location is very convenient.
This condo is one of the best Vrbo rentals we have come across, and certainly the most spacious!! Claudia was amazing to work with from booking to checkout, not that we had any issues at all during our stay. The master bed was comfortable and bathroom unbelievably large. The pictures don’t do it justice! Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler and very nicely furnished kitchen utensils, etc. were very much appreciated, along with newer appliances and even cleaner to keep the stove top nice!
We would definitely stay again. In fact would fave booked for next year but someone beat us to it! But we will keep our eyes open for this gem!
We have stayed at this property a few times before. It is always our home away from home in Kona. We truly appreciate how wonderful the owners set it up for us, the cleanliness and approachability of the resort, and the proximity to everything we love about the area.
