The a/c unit leaked water onto the lanai.The toilet was not properly bolted to the floor, the seat was not secure to the unit.The sliding door in the bathroom, the handle was loose, the unit was noisy on the track.The handle on the sliding door to lanai was loose.The 2 beach chairs were in poor condition.
Lovely stay! The balcony view was my favorite part, location is close to everything you need. Pictures did justice, however, it does feel a tad smaller than pics. The music from the bar right below wasn’t too loud for me with the noise of the fan going. I felt very safe, especially being a young female alone for a full night. Would stay again!
For the most part, everything was great. Only complaint is window conditioner didn't produce enough and was noisy right next to bed. Ceiling fan, standing fan and table fan all needed to be going for air. Everything else, check in, supplies, run in general and facilities were great.
The sun deck on the 10th floor was the prize for this day. The room was clean, accommodating, and we will return. The bar on the floor below us music was a little loud, but it didn’t keep us awake. A little bit of noise, but that wasn’t the end of the world. They provided everything we needed. We will come back.
Great location steps from the beach with beautiful morning views. Plenty of towels and beach towels provided, and the TV worked perfectly. You can hear the fun vibes from Bar Under at night, which adds to the local energy.Room could use some updates fans were dusty, curtains and sheets are a bit worn, and the pool isn’t in great swimming condition. AC doesn’t cool the room we'll it’s blocked by a nightstand. If you’re looking to cool off, the lobby might be a better option.Overall, a decent stay with amazing views can have great potential if some maintenance is addressed.
Overall it was good missing a few amenities, noise was never a problem but a bit small. Would stay again.
It is a beautiful property but you’re in waikiki and that sucks and it can get loud. The bar didn’t bother me but its a loud area. The real negative of this experience is we had a water leak. At 1am, the leak was getting crazy and a maintenance guy was acting likebits no big deal. We did get a different room and they gave us free parking but i paid for a window. I dk. I dont feel parking was enough but what are you gonna do. We literally woke up with an inch of water throughout our room. My wedding dress got ruined. Idk. The view was nice but idk, u might want to pay a fee hundred extra dollars and get a room u really like instead of this headache .
This studio is in a perfect spot. You have the beach and main strip within walking distance. I was a little bummed that we had to rig the bathtub to hold in water to take a bath and there was a pair of dirty socks left under the nightstand. I did leave those where I found them. The bed was very comfortable and we loved having the connivence of the bar and restaurant downstairs. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Over all we had a fantastic stay and highly recommended this rental.
What a great spot. Could use some new Curtains but otherwise a great Room. Across from the Zoo and close to Beach. Just be mindful if you have a young one, there's a Bar downstairs... So be prepared for late night MUSIC

Great location but flat was extremely disappointing. Images were misleading as flat looked no way the same compared with what was advertised online. No broom to clean the flat. Only one sponge - cut in half! A/c was malfunctioning. plastic glasses and very few dishes
Great location downtown. The suite was clean and all was as expected.
Room was clean and convenient, no more. Room is bare basics, alright views accompanied by lots of street activity taking away from view. Only two nights, won’t rent again.
Simple and clean. Was a little noisy from 10pm till around 1am. But fan and air conditioning was able to cover most of it. Denny’s next door had good breakfast. Location was great…very close to beach and shops
This third floor apartment is directly over a night club that has loud music every night until 2am. The AC never worked properly so we had to use three fans. The hot water in the shower was sporadic. The TV was dark even after we adjusted it. The bathroom door handle was hanging because of a missing screw. We weren’t happy with this place at all.
Small but cozy, close to everthing. Bar below is noisy but manageable. Quick response any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend. Everything u need for a quick gateway
Unfortunately it was not what we expected at all. The fotos are misleading as the furnitures are quite old and e.g. in the bath there is a big hole in the bathtub.
The Hula Hula Club is directly under the room and the music is very loud. When the music stops at about 2am, delivery trucks stop under the window. Noise is everywhere.
However the view and the location is quite good.

Great location and view with lanai overlooking the park, diamondhead and out to the ocean. Just steps to the safest beach in Waikiki. Perfect for one person or a couple. One thing, but known ahead of time, the unit is directly above a popular open air bar so evenings are a bit noisy until closing. If that bothers you then bring some earplugs. You shouldnt be staying inside very much anyway in this town! Really a great inner-city place fo stay. Reasonably priced for its proximity to the main drag with an 5 star view!

Everything was exactly as advertised. Room is directly above a bar but we were not disturbed at all. Awesome view from the lanai to the water and the zoo. If you rent a car, don’t get anything large, as parking is very tight. Will come back here next time!
We loved waking up every morning and watching the sunrise from the lanai, watching the birds over in the zoo park and seeing the ocean. Being on the 3rd floor made it super easy to come and go frequently by using the stairs (we averaged 15 flights/day) and it only took approximately 2 minutes to get to our favorite spot on the beach. Check in was super easy and all the staff were very friendly. Communication with the host was quick and detailed. The only surprise was that there was a night club that stayed open till 2am and we could hear the bass from the music, but this was not every night and aside from night 1 we had no problem sleeping. The 10th floor sun deck allowed for more outdoor space and view was amazing. Overall, my daughter and I had the best time ever and the room was absolutely perfect for us!! 😊

At first we were taken back at how old it looked but really enjoyed the balcony and location. The restaurant is directly below it so you could here karaoke music at night hut it was ok. It was clean and good value. One block from beach and a nice view of queen Kapiolani park, Diamonhead and peek a boo view of beach.
Everything was great!! Little noisy from below a couple nights, but with the fan on high it was almost unnoticeable. AC unit could maybe use an upgrade but it stayed cool enough for us..
Would stay again!!
We had a fantastic time at this location the view from the balcony was amazing. Just steps from the beach. As we were on a budget the reasonobal cost was a bonus. Properly manager Mark was great to deal with.
There were a lot of coments about the noise from the bar below. The only time it was a small issue was new years eve. But it was just a little nosy.The room could do with a few updates but nothing major. All in all it was all it was every thing we needed.
The check-in process was super easy. Our room was clean and as described on the website, the hotel has a lovely restaurant and bar on the property so you don’t have to go out for dinner if you don’t want to. We wanted something different than was offered at the restaurant so we ordered Mexican food through DoorDash and it came super quick. One of the best parts about this property is that it partners with a parking company called Way. I was able to make a reservation online with the parking company so that when we arrived, we could leave our car at the hotel, and they take care of it while you are away. There is a representative from Way located in the lobby of the hotel, 24/7. The hotel shuttle also runs 24 hours and we took advantage of that to get to the airport for our trip. The nice thing is they will also pick us up when we go back and bring us back to the hotel to pick up our car. This hotel is the full package! Will definitely stay again if we fly out of Boston!
This is a gorgeous up-to-date room with a balcony with views of the beach and ocean and the park across the street. The beach was in easy walking distance. I walked to the Honolulu Zoo across the street. The room rate was discounted because there is noise coming from the nightclub (Hula's Bar) downstairs. The noise was no worse than the traffic noise on Kapahulu and didn't bother me. I paid $30/day for an assigned parking space. I did laundry a couple of times. Overall, the room, views, parking, and staff were all very good. I'd stay here again for sure.
