Distance to waikiki beach was great! I did picture in my mind ocean view to be closer to the beach (couple blocks). Parking was a beast. Patio was not what i expected and didnt realize we needed to keep emptying the air coditioner condensation bucket.
Things to consider-
1. patio with holes or draining system for air conditioner.
2. Designated parking lot. This was a big frustration day 1.
3. Bed was hard
All in all- we really appreciated you letting us stay in your property. Was close enough to the beach and restaurants, which was great! The place was clean and i felt safe with all the security measures. We had a great time and appreciated your accomodations!
Thank you!!
Great location!Super close to the beach and shopping centers. Everything was clean and neat in the studio, everything was literally thought out to the last detail. Feels like you are at home. The owner is very friendly, communicative and helpful.Highly recommend everyone!!!
Thanks to James this trip was so enjoyable! He was very helpful and patient with us the whole trip! His unit is updated nicely and overall cozy! We would definitely stay again! The location cannot be beat! Shops, food, and transportation are within reach as well as a walk to the beach! Some must do’s is hiking the diamond head and having breakfast at a hotel across from the zoo both had beautiful views of the mountains and ocean! Thanks and Mahalo from Ohio/Michigan!!
The room is as advertised. Small but we knew that. It’s a great location for those without rental car or not planning on traveling far away. Don’t be dismayed by the condo building lobby, it’s in the middle of a Reno and just wasn’t that appealing but the room is fabulous. Everything was new and expertly decorated and laid out for the space. We never cooked but it has space and utilities to do so. Bed was comfy and our 13 yo just fit on the couch!
We had coffee and some take out on the lanai while our kid sat at the desk. We were only there 4 days which were mostly spent out and about. Superb location for being near the beach and main drag but not so close you get all the noise. All I heard was some normal condo neighbor noise and the garbage truck early one morning.
The a/c was quite loud each time it shut down which is often if you are running it all night but I just used ear plugs to muffle the noise and was fine. There is a great food truck lot across the street with coffee, meals and a hula dog truck that even has veggie dogs. Oahu is as expected, super touristy and heavy traffic.
We enjoyed our stay at the condo and would stay again.
My husband and I had an 8 day stay and we absolutely loved it. Kuhio Village Towers are safe and a mere two blocks from the beach. The studio seems to be recently renovated and we enjoyed an ocean from our Lanai. The stupid was very clean when we arrived—the flawless decor and towel swan adding to the experience. Floor 10 is very quiet and all of the Tower residents/staff are helpful, kind and respectful—so we tried to reciprocate the best we could while in Waikiki!
James is a kind and responsive host with affordable pricing for a great location and accommodations. He even helped us late one night after enjoying ourselves and getting locked out of our room. He was very gracious and and responsive, which we greatly appreciated.
Would 10/10 recommend or stay again!
