Beautiful setting with spectacular views. Enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony with true ocean views. Condo well accommodated with loads of amenities for island Fun. Close to beaches and Poipu. Owner quickly responds to questions and concerns. Recommend this VRBO.
Everything was top notch with this condo. Sunset views were fantastic. If I had to say anything negative, it would be there was no air conditioning. We had one night it was a little stuffy in the condo because of a hurricane blowing to the north a ways off, which made the wind shift instead of blowing in and keeping the condo cool, but that is Mother Nature's fault...not the Owner's. It was a pleasure staying there!

Beautiful condo, location and view.
good place to vacation. view is outstanding..if anything I would suggest is an air conditioner..
Total scam. We did all dishes, left our towels in a pile on the floor, and even vacuumed, despite paying a cleaning fee. They also tired to claim we broke a blind, then admitted it was ZIPTIED TOGETHER “TO SAVE IT’S LIFE” before we got there. KWe are two lawyers in our 40s. We don’t leave places messy and we don’t break things. Do not book here.

Condo was close to Poipu Beach which we really enjoyed, got to see Turtles resting on the beach, up to twenty one night, we love that Kauai is not as busy as the other Islands, truly a place to come and relax, can’t wait for our next trip
The location of this property is fantastic! Close enough to travel to the Lihue area as well as the west coast. Walking distance to Poipu Beach and a few fantastic bars/restaurants. The view off the balcony was incredible. Quick 5 mins drive to Shipwreck Beach for the sunrise. Denise was incredibly quick to respond to any questions. Great time!
This property, the amenities, and the location were all just as advertised. Easy walk to all things we wanted, beach, nature, wildlife, and so much more. Loved waking up to the surf and birds so much that I made a recording to play at home. If life brings us back, I’d love to stay here again!
Quiet older complex but the unit is updated with everything you need. Walkable beaches near by. The condo was very clean and you can see the pride in ownership. We will be back.
Our 10 day stay was so enjoyable! The remodeled penthouse unit was beautifully furnished and the expansive ocean added to our whale watching success! We have already booked for the future! Highly recommended!
If you are looking for the place to watch Kauai sunsets, this is the place! Denise was a great host. The property is well appointed, and the location on the south side of the island is a short walk to beaches. I liked being in a quiet residential area that was also a short drive to restaurants and shopping.
Stayed for a week with my husband for our anniversary. Property was clean, easily accessible and quiet! Property was just as described and had everything we needed. The views were amazing! Lots of beaches close by. If they would put a blind or curtain on the kitchen window, it would be perfect!
We loved this simple one-bedroom condo with great sunset and ocean views in a GREAT location to access the local beach, park, and fun.
The trip was incredible. The view and lanai is by far the best part of it. We watched whales breaching and swimming by the entire stay. We saw dolphins and turtles and Brennecke’s beach and poipu beach is so close we spent a ton of time there. Can’t wait to go back.
I loved watching the whales from the deck while eating my breakfast! Thank you for a wonderful place to relax.

We loved Denise’s condo. The location was amazing (walking distance to the beach) and the sound of the ocean lulled us to sleep every night. The unit was super clean, well equipped and the king bed was extremely comfortable. We highly recommend this rental and hope to stay here again sometime.
We had a wonderful stay at Koala. The condo was very comfortable and clean and ready when we got there. The views from the condo were beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip there!
This was a wonderful place to stay, located close to the ocean & local beaches/restaurants. It was close to everything we wanted to see on this side of the island, everything was minutes away. Very quiet and loved falling asleep to the ocean waves. We will be back, and we will stay here again.
This property was very well-maintained and nicely appointed Denise is extremely easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

We mostly enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was very clean and decorated nicely. The condo was stocked with enough things to save you some money not having to buy spices and such.There were some things we didn’t particularly care for, one being when we sit on the patio just 10 feet away there are neighbors on their patio, staring at us. So that’s not private enough for what we prefer. I would never stay in Kauai again without having an air conditioner. Even though the Reviews say that the tradewinds cool it off. They certainly don’t cool it off enough. We are from Arizona and love the heat, but this was more than we could handle. Luckily there were several fans so we had them all going. Two of the four days we were there was miserably hot inside. We were expecting to just look out off of our patio and see the ocean instead we saw the parking lot, beyond the parking lot is the ocean, but you can’t see it without looking at the parking lot. We love the location and will return to a condo with a better view and an air conditioner.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located above the ocean where you could hear the waves crashing against the shore. The view is amazing!!
It was a short drive to a lovely beach. There were great beach chairs and towels. All of the dishes, pots and pans needed were there.
Oddly, There was no shade on the window in the front door, so anyone walking by could look right in. We taped paper towels over this window for privacy and safety.
The living room sofa and couch needed to be refreshed…I bought some fabreeze which helped.
With a couple of changes, I would return to this property.

Such a beautiful condo! We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and sitting on the lanai in the morning watching sea turtles in the ocean, and the sunset in the evening.
Denise was very kind and responsive. She also thought of everything for the condo and I love how nicely it is decorated. Clearly a lot of thought and love has gone into this place! I'm missing it already!
