My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this place in Kihei, Maui. It’s centrally located within walking distance from restaurants and shopping. Check in and check out was really easy. Sandy beach was right across the street. The place was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the host provided beach chairs, umbrella and plenty of beach towels. In sum, we highly recommend this place. Thank you!
Our stay could not have been better. Check-in was super easy. The condo was spotless. It was stocked with all the necessities you'd ever need. It was quiet and parking was super convenient. The location is perfect. It's just a short walk to anything you might want or need, including the beach. I already miss the view from the lanai. Great place to start your day with a cup of coffee. We will definitely be back!!
This is one of the best locations in Kihei and we really appreciated the timely and friendly property management team. We felt very welcomed and they were very responsive to any need.
The condo has an awesome view and we loved the rooftop patio especially for sunset! The bbqs are new and very nice.
We would not hesitate to book here again and hope to return soon!

This West facing condo unit is extremely bright in late afternoon. It has no curtains inside but has rolled-up metal shutters in the balcony. The window type AC unit cools the living room well but not the bedroom. Great location, on 4th floor, has a 180-degree view of the ocean and only a 2-minute walk to a nice beach. Would stay again.
We were not able to watch ABC, CBS, and NBC or Olympics.
Had four remote controls, tried, tried, tried! Gave up.

We love this building and area-everything is right there-so you don’t have to drive all over the island if you’re looking for easy beautiful beaches. It’s always clean and checkin and checkout is simple. The management company is great and welcomes you with a phone call to let you know they’re there for anything. Also, we loved that they really want you to enjoy your stay so no expectations upon checkout except to turn off lights and A/C. The last day in Maui-you really want to get it all in!
Apartment is in great location right across from beach with beautiful views from veranda. Master bedroom windows face elevator which is lit all night. Furnishings are sparse and bathroom is tiny and not updated. Apartment was not clean when we arrived (towels were literally muddy) and several features did not function and needed repair during our stay. Management company was very responsive.
