The location, style, cleanliness and amenities of the property were perfect in every way. Direct ocean views, big balcony, free easy parking, great decor, sparkling clean, washer/dryer; dishwasher and easy access to Ali'i Drive and the Kona coast. Nice touches such as coffee, tea, candies and other welcome small food items.
The property was one of the nicest that I’ve stayed at. I highly recommend this vacation rental. Large enough for family and all the amenities that you will need for your stay. I would definitely rent this place again. Thanks again for a great vacation
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Get mesmerized by the ocean and watch dolphins from the lanai. Awesome sunsets and warm pool!
Betsy was a wonderful host. Her Condo was very clean and stocked. The beds were comfortable. Super close to town. The Best part let me say, Was the Views!!! We sat on the Lanai which was literally on the Ocean. Hearing the waves every morning and falling asleep to it felt like a dream. Thank you Betsy for having us at your lovely condo. My mom, sister and I, enjoyed our relaxing vacation.
Betsy was an awesome host. It was so nice to have a condo that came equipped with basic kitchen needs, there were so many spices to use and condiments in the fridge. The condo was very clean and the view can’t be beat. There were even a few snacks for us upon arrival!
Overall the property is as advertised. My only comment is that even though we never kept food outside the refrigerator, there were still cockroaches of all sizes in the kitchen silverware drawer, on the counter & in the master bathroom. I know this is a tropical location, but it's possible the property needs to have someone come in & spray more often.
This property had one of the best views on the island!! We saw an incredible fireworks display across the city on New Year’s Eve!
We listened to the ocean and saw whales and dolphins from our lani!! Betsy was so friendly and helpful with many suggestions for island activities! We will definitely stay here again!! It’s a real gem!!
Location is easy to find. The view is wonderful. Watched spinner dolphins from the balcony.
We enjoyed our stay in Kona. The condo was perfect for us and our needs. It was stocked with necessities, clean, and the location looking right at the ocean was perfect. Betsy was very helpful with our questions. I would definitely recommend this condo and area to friends.
My adult daughter and I were in Kona for a wedding and this property was perfect. Well decorated and clean. The unit was on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and the balcony faced the water. Every night we welcomed a beautiful sunset. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils and basic pantry items. There was even a small cooler that we used to pack lunches. Also had beach chairs and beach towels which was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and loved the shower heads! There is no AC but many ceiling fans and standing fans kept the place relatively cool - even in August! Betsy was easy to work with and sent us information ahead of time so check-in was easy. Highly recommend!
