My wife and I just spent a week at this fabulous home & we were amazed! The location, within a gated community & only 10 minutes to town, was perfect. And THE VIEW! Absolutely amazing. The owner & property manager saw to it our every need was met. We definitely plan on coming here again on our next trip to the big island! Mahalo!!
Posted photos did not reveal all the random stairs. Two, a long landing, one, a landing, four to the game room. Two to the living room, three to the bedrooms. Paying for seven guests we have never been expected to launder, fold and stack in the closet sheets and towels, or be charged extra. If the game room futons are listed as available beds their bedding should be included in the rental cost.
Overall the property was as advertised. Ideal location just above Kona Country Club. AMAZING Views!
Reasonable value - the property shows some wear of time but is clean, architecturally appealing, great view, nice neighborhood, convenient to points of interest. One of our party was mobility compromised and the property is challenging, if not dangerous. No hand rails to pool with steep steps precluded pool use by person.At various points interior steps, no hand rails, white stair edges blend to white background and are hard to perceive, even for younger persons who stumbled on them. Furniture and bath fixtures very low and difficult to get up from, even if you are fairly agile.Several appliances not working so various work-arounds were necessary and mildly inconvenient.Good assistance from property manager and owner.
We loved our stay in this home. It was well equipped with all the dishes and linens you would need, located close to groceries and services, pool was fantastic, pool toys and beach equipment were available. The owner and property manager were very responsive to our queries. We never tired of the ocean views and the sunsets were beyond beautiful. Very happy with our stay.
This home was great for our family trip that included our toddler and family friends. The pool was a hit and there was plenty of room in the house to have privacy but also enjoy our group. There were a couple maintenance issues that we encountered during our stay but the property manager was quick to respond and take care of our needs. Location and proximity to town was great and you cannot beat the view, sounds of the waves and birds in the morning! We have already started talking about making another trip to Kona and staying here again!

The property was clean and very spacious for our family of four. Updated kitchen, great game room for the kids, but most of all- the pool and that stunning view! Better than the pictures. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
This property was fantastic. The location was great and the games room was a great place for the teenagers to hang out.The house was clean and the property manager was very helpful in addressing all our needs.The only minor issue was the temperature of the water in the bathrooms which was being address right after out stay.Highly recommend.
Came here with my husbands family for Christmas. Beautiful sunsets could see whales from the house. Really nice safe neighborhood. Game room was fun.

Gorgeous property with amazing view, amenities, and pool. Host was responsive and helpful. There were a lot of rules for proper check in/out and cleaning that took away from the "peace" of the vacation at times, but that just comes from staying at someone's home rather than a hotel. Lots of lizards! Would stay again.
My family couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The stunning sunset views every night were worth the trip alone. Nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy. Comfortable layout with plenty of amenities. Would definitely stay here again!
Lovely location! Stunning view! Coffee on the pool deck in the morning and the sunsets were incredible! Plumbing in general needs to be updated. Water pressure in toilets and very little hot water for showers.

Some reviews mentioned bugs...we saw none. A few geckos, but you are in a tropical paradise.
Screen door from great room to patio needs to be fixed and maybe a few updates but we loved the layout of the house. The patio and pool are great. Such a beautiful view. A great place for coffee in the morning and cooling off in the evenings.
The neighborhood is quiet and secure. Would definitely rent this home again.

We had such a great time here during our stay. We were in town to visit my family who lived on island as well as celebrate our kids graduation from Highschool. The listing and pictures were accurate and I felt pleased with everything. The views are amazing. Carmelo, the home manager, was super responsive and really great about taking care of any questions I had or anything that came up I needed. I would recommend the home to anyone and I would definitely come back.
It was a wonderful location and vacation. We wished it was available for another week. Enjoyed the privacy, security, wildlife, private pool and elegance.
Loved our stay here and the house was impeccably clean with everything we needed. Our only complaint is that the home is showing signs of neglect with a lot of the furnishings being quite dated and a few lamps broken. Nothing horrible, but it could use a revision.
