Perfect location, wonderful host who was very attentive, and clean. The view was also incredible. And extremely reasonable parking.
It was so nice! i love how small the room was because it was perfect for a solo traveler! they have towels and cutlery and stuff u might need! host was sooo nice and the ac works sooo well!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I! Very clean, great location, nice size room and our host provided everything we needed for our stay. No kitchen, just an efficiency like a hotel room, but we didn’t want to cook on vacation so it worked great for us.

Spent a week in this studio appt. Perfect for a couple. Nice and clean. Easy walk to beach and shops..parking was available for an extra fee. Tiffany was very easy to work with and got back to us quickly. Non-issue to report and would stay there again

The entire exterior wall is glass, so the day/night views are amazing. The location is fabulous and the parking was well worth the nominal fee. It isn't luxurious, but it suited our needs. The bed was comfortable, the unit felt secure, the A/C worked well enough with the extra tower fan running, and the frig and microwave worked. Two digital keys to operate the elevator and some mugs would have been nice. We did see three or four cockroaches (very typical in Hawaii), but the host responded promptly with traps and repellent that seemed to take care of the problem.
We were only in Honolulu for a couple nights, so this was an ideal unit for us. Excellent location and the check in & check out process was smooth.

If you're looking for a comfortable bed with a great view, and in a great location near Waikiki, this property will do it for you. Besides the bed, there's just not much to the single room. This appears to be a former hotel room. Newer flooring, older shower and bathroom fixtures.
Includes mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, rice maker. TV and cable work fine. Window air conditioner needs time to cool the room as the large windows are in direct sun most of the day.
Property pool is sufficient, nothing special. There is laundry in the building on the 5th floor with pay machines.
I stayed overnight to break my journey back to Australia. The location was the best part and the unit was the same as in the photo the owner provided. The beach isn't far and plenty of places to walk around.
I would choose a hotel nearby if I wasn't on my own.
This place was right next to everything. I'd suggested going to the Waikiki Brewing Co and The Irish Rose.
Checking in was fast and the attendant was helpful and gave us directions to the beach and the closest convenience stores.
The pool was closed at the time , but we could have cared less, the ocean was right down the road.

Took many pix of Diamond Head and the ocean from the room. The room was comfy with toiletries, even suntan lotion and sufficient towels, rice cooker, toaster, coffee machine & microwave and fridge and iron. Host responded in a timely manner. The pool area was great: roomy with nice view, table, chairs & lounge chairs. The extra cost of parking was definitely worth it. The location was very good: close to the beach and Magic Island and Ala Moana Center! We had a great time! (Tip: get a floatie to use in the ocean!)
