We stayed in Maui for 5 days as part of our honeymoon trip. This was the perfect location with the beach on our doorstep and shops/restaurants within a 5 min walk. The property was perfect for our needs, well equipped and clean, the pool and bbqs were also great! Aircon was good, being from UK we don't cope well with hot nights so that helped us sleep well! Only issue of note was the lanai doors were a bit stiff to open. If you're looking for a relaxed stay away at a good price I highly recommend it.
Great location with beach just 50 yards away. Always can see turtles in the ocean near the beach. Nice size pool. Quiet and nightly sunset view. Central location and walking distance to the grocery store.
My wife and I were in Maui for a wedding. Our condo was clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. We had a full, well equipped kitchen, a king size bed, nice bathroom, great balcony with a view, great cable and cable TV (with two nice flat screen sets) and comfortable seating. The pool was just below our balcony and we had an ocean view. Shopping, including groceries, was very convenient as were restaurants. By coincidence, the bride's entire family was staying just a very short walk down the beach. My wife and I found our trip to be very comfortable and relaxing. We'd go back!

It was a great experience. The place was super clean and came with all the necessities! Cooler, beach chairs, boogy boards, cooking utensils, just about all you need! The only thing I have to say is the living room didn’t have AC, but the bedroom did so it was fine to sleep, just too hot to hang out in the living room. Other than that, I have no complaints!
We have stayed at this property on a prior visit. Love the location. Sunset’s are spectacular. Really enjoyed the pool. The room was nice. It’s not “luxury” living, but it’s what we go for. We just want a nice central location with a comfortable place to stay. We would stay there again.
Love this location and property! Quiet and away from the crowds. The condo itself was very good, although could have been better supplied with kitchen ware. Loved our stay!!!
This is an older complex with very nice grounds and a very nice swimming pool. The beach is very quiet, and a little rocky as you walk out more than 5 feet or so.
We rented a total of eight units, for our large group, and all appear to have been upgraded within the past 10 years.
The whole property is located a bit far from the main areas of town, and about a 30 minute walk to the majority of the restaurants and the three main beaches.
We saw a number of Green sea turtles on the beach in the late evening and early morning.
We had a minor maintenance issue and it was attended to very promptly.
Overall, a bit far from the nightlife for us, but otherwise a very enjoyable stay.
