Very clean..LOVED the Lani and ocean view..sunrise and sunset from the lani and bluffs were spectacular...loved that were lots of fans, and air conditioner in bedroom made the stay and sleeping so comfortable. Loved the pool and all the farmers markets. Also got alot of use of the beach gear and coolers,umbrellas etc. Very comfortable even if we spent most of our time outside and the bedroom air conditioner was so NICE to have. That alone is big reason we will definitely come again! Thank you and Mahalo.

No walkable nearby beach. AC unit leaked onto carpet in bedroom and was not fixed during our stay. Patio doors do not lock and no safe available. Just ok, would not stay again or recommend
My wife and I stayed for 12 nights. This is our second visit to The Cliffs, but the first time in this unit. Would definitely stay in this condo again. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed. Loved the air conditioning in the bedroom- didn’t have that in the other condo. Great sunset views from the deck. Can’t go wrong if your looking for a nice place to stay in Princville.
The hosts are wonderful. Best view on the island. Great wildlife, Feral, chickens, albatross chicks, lots of birds, and whales that I could see with my binoculars from the lanai. Fully stocked condo if you like to cook.
Property fully equipped with anything you might need. When we go back to Kauai we would love to book the rental again. Only downfall of the area was we were very disappointed in the food on the North Shore, pricey and not very good.
We stayed at the property April 27 - May 3rd 2025 and found it to be exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The property was in immaculate condition and included everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved spending our mornings with coffee and breakfast on the lanai. What a magnificent view! The beach chairs, umbrellas, mats, boogie boards and coolers available to use made it easy to spend time at the beaches. The Cliffs resort is in a very good location - a beautiful neighborhood close to a walking and bike path around the golf course, close to restaurants and beaches. The resort properties and landscaping are very well maintained and offers gas BBQ grills, social activities, workout equipment, a nice pool, Pickleball courts and much more! The owners provided detailed directions to the resort and check in procedures upon arrival. We found the binder they provided with recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area very helpful.This was truly an unforgettable vacation in paradise and we hope to return again! Highly recommend staying here!
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying in this Princeville condo during a month long trip to Hawaii where we visited each of the 4 main islands. Of all the great places we stayed, this was probably our favorite. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable boasting awesome views of the ocean beyond the cliff. Very conveniently located to all the beaches and attractions of the north shore. Would absolutely love to stay here again!
This condo has beautiful views that allowed us to feel Hawaii even as we relaxed "at home" in between outings. The property had everything we needed to be comfortable and prepare meals at home; and the property owners were very helpful and available for any of our questions.
A very clean, safe and relaxing space. Roomy one bedroom condo with fantastic views, fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful grounds surround the complex. Lots of whale watching. We enjoyed the lovely pool and two hot tubs. A peaceful getaway in paradise..
This is a great place overlooking the north shore of Kauai. It has everything you need (and sometimes two of what you need). Very well stocked and comfortable place to stay. The view from the balcony overlooking the cliff is incredible and a great place to spend your extra down time. Loved it loved it loved it!
We really enjoyed being at this VRBO. We arrived Super Bowl Sunday and their was a party at the rec center happening, great food and fun atmosphere. . I received texts daily about things happening at The Cliffs Condos. Ie: History/natural talks, happy hour, etcThe condo unit was perfect. Full kitchen, nicely appointed. And a terrific view. The grounds were clean and well manicured.
The Cliffs at Princeville is a beautiful property on the North side of Kauai. Amazing views, great amenities and a quiet friendly community.
The condo was perfect. Extremely clean. Everything we needed was proved in the condo. Even the weather was perfect. The view was beautiful. Super quiet. Location was so convenient. Normally we stay in Poipu but we are very happy we chose to stay in Princeville. Our hope is to go there again.
I absolutely loved the view from the kitchen and balcony. Making coffee each morning while hearing and watching the ocean was wonderful. We had everything we needed. We are planning on returning and staying in this unit next year!
This was a great location and beautiful view. We enjoyed the chairs overlooking the ocean on the lawn as well.
My husband and I joined family staying at The Cliffs. The Simpson condo was wonderfully furnished with everything we needed! Exquisite views, rainbows each morning, grounds excellent for birding, very clean grills perfect for grilling fresh Mahi Mahi and close to shopping, beaches and tourist destinations! We couldn’t have asked for more!

We loved the location of this property. In the middle of all the North Shore activities we wanted to see and do. Condo was well equipped with all the amenities we needed. Easy check in. Would highly recommend to anyone exploring the North Shore of Kauai!!
Good location, with ocean view. Sun rise and sunset from the lanai. Fully equipped kitchen. Walk-in shower. Will try to come back next year.
2nd property on our honeymoon. Very relaxing. Very well kept property with a fabulous view. Pool, jacuzzi and recreation area is very nice. Adult Pool and Jacuzzi as well. Clean BBQ's and a great lawn seating area for sunsets.
This property was everything it was advertised to be. The condo was a home away from home. One of the nicest we have ever stayed in.
This was our second stay and it was just as exceptional as the first. The location cannot be beat. Quiet, spectacular view and relaxing vibe. Location was clean and offers amenities for your paradise vacation.

Cons:
- DIY Renovations: The do-it-yourself renovations were somewhat lacking in quality, with noticeable issues such as an AC unit installation that left a significant gap, allowing mosquitoes to enter.
- Bathroom Freshness: The bathrooms did not have a particularly fresh or clean feeling.
-Noise Issues: Noise from neighboring units was a concern, as the construction of The Cliff properties tends to amplify sounds from outside into the master bedroom.
This property was perfect for our first trip to Hawaii. Great location, amazing view, super comfortable condo, and the owner and property managers were so easy to deal with.

Loved our stay!
This is a beautiful condo in the beautiful area of Princeville. From the balcony is an unimpeded view of the ocean. The bedroom is spacious and it was such a treat to have two bathrooms for just the two of us! Jerry was extremely thoughtful and communicative throughout (and even starting months before our stay).
He sent me information about the activities available around the property (eg farmer's markets, morning yoga, water painting classes) without me even asking. Importantly, he informed me that Ke'e beach now requires a reservation. I've been to Kauai twice before and I would have been really disappointed to find out about after I arrived.
It was also extremely impressive how well stocked this condo was! They've thought of *everything*. Seriously! And whoever is taking care of their property does an excellent job organizing everything. The attention to detail is darn near astounding.
Then there is the balcony area. What a highlight. Not only a beautiful place to take in a sunset, but a great place to eat each meal. There is even an amazingly quiet outdoor ceiling fan to manage the heat.
