Great location within walking distance, an ABC store and the best snorkel store for renting equipment. Great food trucks around in so many different locations.Condo was exactly as it was described, and all of the rules and helpful hints really helped us out. Loved having a large size washer and dryer and the two full bathrooms. Didn’t realize we would have a partial ocean view, but we did, and it was great from the fourth floor.We all enjoyed our stay and definitely worth renting a condo here versus being 1000 more or something near the Kaanapali area!
Great location, close to the beach, shopping, dining. The condo is very clean and well equipped for everything you need from the kitchen to the beach . Very nice and clean garden and pool area. Friendly people. Big thank you also to the housekeeper and gardener.
Location was absolutely perfect - very very close to the beach. Great to have beach accessories on site which was an extra bonus. Kitchen had everything you needed. Only glitch was parking passes as there was no one in the office when we arrived nor the following days but Arlie did respond to our call to give direction and was a great communicator when the ice component to the frig wasn't working. Not crazy about having to get a load of sheets/towels washed and in the dryer and to start another set when we had a 10 am check out and had paid a cleaning fee as part of the rental fees. That said we would stay her again as the location alone is worth that inconvenience.
Good location. Easy access to beaches. Great to have the outdoor toybox with beach chairs. My sons enjoyed the pickleball court. Only negative is the hot water couldn’t keep up when 7 of us all tried to shower at night.
We loved our time at this property! The condo was large and so well equipped! We were delighted to find a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and lots of basics in the unit. The view from the lanai was a top feature for everyone in our group! There were so many restaurants (Taco Tuesday at Freddys, cinnamon roll, gelato) and beaches within easy walking distance. The property was exactly as advertised! Thank you for a great stay! We willl be back!
this was the nicest and most well equipped condo I have stayed at on Maui. The location was great , both for the Kameole beaches and surrounding shops and restaurants.The 3 bedrooms were great for our 6 family members. In addition to the pool and hot tub, the pickle ball court and shuffelboard courts provided more fun opportunities. Mahalo from Minnesota

The property is an ideal location, close to restaurants, shopping and the beach, The home is very comfortably furnished, the kitchen was remarkably equipped with everything a cook could want! Beautiful setting. Highly recommend.
This condo was perfect for us. Our family consisted of seven adults, three generations. It was very well stocked, had plenty of room and enough comfy beds. The location is excellent for the Kehei area, and the owners provided lots of helpful information. We would definitely stay here again.
Nice space, large enough to comfortably accommodate 3 adults and 2 children. Pool and outdoor space were clean and inviting. Airconditioning kept us cool. Location is close to the beach and many activities. We had a little difficulty contacting owners on day of arrival but they were pleasant and otherwise easy to communicate with. We would stay there again and recommend!

The home had everything we needed and even more. I didn’t notice until our last day that there were beach chairs and more beach gear for us to use. Everything was honestly perfect. Instructions weren’t really accurate for parking, I ended up getting a violation the first night which I think was just a warning. Host was unresponsive to my messages until the last day.
We were very pleased with all this property gave usKitchen was well stocked with cookware and the fridge freezer was ample big enough to hold a good size trip to Costco for 5 days of food for 8 adults. BBQ was very good.We made grrat use of the patio.
Great place, I did parking elevator work. Gand was a 4 or 5 minute walk to beach one and which twhich was some of the best snorkeling I've ever seen.
The property manager was extremely helpful and answered all my quesions in a timely manor. Location was great and the place was lovely.

Condo is in great location for shopping and beach. Air conditioners is main room and living room didn't seem to blow air. Despite that, would definately rent this condo again!
The location of this place is fantastic and the pool was great for my littles. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first time in Hawaii. The only struggle was it got bright in the house at 5:30 am so my kids were up very early because there is no way to keep the light out of the upstairs or the bedroom
The location was great. The condo was only a 5 min walk to several beautiful beaches, different restaurants and central location which made sightseeing throughout the island easy and enjoyable. We also used the pool and Hot tub everyday. We would rent this unit again.
We had an absolute great time at Arlie's place. Location is great to lots of good food and right across from Kam 1 beach. Kids loved being able to use the boogie boards and adults loved the Tommy bahama chairs available to take down to the beach. Thanks!
We had a wonderful stay in this condo. We were a group of 8 family 4 plus two set of grandparents and there was enough space for everyone.
We enjoyed being able to cook some meals in as well as eat out on many of the restaurants within walking distance.
We spent a lot of time at Kamaole Beach 1 which was a short walk ( even for littles) and prefect for snorkeling, swimming and using boogie boards.
We appreciated the using the beach supplies provided ( beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and boogie boards).
The lanai was large and offered ocean views and we could see whale slashes :)

This property was conveniently located HOWEVER upon arrival noticed the lanai doors don’t lock at all, they were broken. Safety issue because someone next door could still climb over and access the property. Reviewed rules and noticed we had to wash everything ourselves (linen, sheets). The owners charge so much to stay at this property, you would think they’d spend $5-10 to update their pillows. My father said the pillows smelled horrid and slept with a towel (from from home) over it instead. We wouldn’t even have seen how nasty the pillows were, but they want you to wash everything upon departure. They claim there’s cleaners that come in prior to our check in. But when I arrived. Dirty drinking glasses were on the counter. Paper towel tossed on the floors and the floors were disgusting. If you wore white socks or walked barefoot, you’ll know. Their lights are very dim so you can’t tell how dirty the place is. Dishes were put back dirty. The ACs didn’t cook the condo! It was very hot downstairs. I think because the owners don’t live in Hawaii and are from Canada, they don’t know how horrible their property is in need of refreshening. Their property manager is definitely not hiring the right people to clean. With us being in a pandemic for almost 2 years, I’d expect a little better in cleanliness!
