This condo is clean with 2 portable AC units. The extra 1/2 bath made this place perfect for us.

Our stay was comfortable at best. The view is nice, great location for the pool. We used the ceiling and floor fans, rarely the AC (a bit noisy). We experienced some noise from neighbors and the parking lot unfortunately. Don’t think the “facelift” took place recently; everything needs an update! The unit was surface clean (not the stovetop) but requires a deep clean. Kitchen had the necessities. However, one usable blender but leaked and the other had a mismatched jar and base. Toaster was hard to work. With a major update, new furniture and decor to make the unit more like home - this would be a greater stay.

Kauai is my favorite of the Hawaiian Islands and Lae Nani is where we have been staying for thirty years. The pool is wonderful and only a minute walk to the ocean. Convenient location on the island to get to where you want to go. There is plenty to do if you want to be active or a beautiful place to just relax. The gardens are like being in a botanical garden and a great location to watch the sunrise.

We opened the door and looked at a pool and ocean view. The lanai was one of the largest among all the condos we saw. That’s was a must for us! We loved the pool, baby beach and ocean. Every morning, we took a long walk along the ocean path. People were super friendly! We swam every day that we were not sight seeing. From the condo location in Wailua, it was easy to visit the north, south and west sights on the island. We are looking forward to a return trip and would stay at this condo again. It was so hard to leave!!

Great condo, great location, wonderful view! Condo was everything wanted and more. Clean, well supplied condo, comfortable bed. The complex, pool, Outdoor grills were well maintained. Beach steps away, close beach walk to a restaurant right on the beach. Another restaurant 5 minutes away has truly exceptional food. Unassuming in a strip mall, no view, but what food! Jo2 is wonderful! Snorkel Bobs and Safeway are up the street and there is a small cooler in the condo. Great to take a lunch and hang by the beach. Recommend a 5 minute drive to Spa by the Sea for excellent massage. Great location, wonderful stay!

Condo is a great location for exploring the whole island. Lots of great restaurants a short drive away; also places you can walk to.
Pool and beach access were great. Nice to hop in the water after a day of adventure on the island.
Condo itself could use a little updating, but the pictures accurately reflected the condition of the condo.
Would stay here again.
