The condo was exactly as advertised. Such a nice unit and nice area. So close to everything we wanted to do. Would stay there again.
We enjoyed our stay! The property was just as it was pictured. As you walk in, the first image I see is the ocean through the back door lanai. Wow! The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and cozy. The property was well-maintained, clean, and updated. I love that we were away from the tourist area but just a drive away—within walking distance of the shopping centers and restaurants—the perfect location for our stay. The property swimming pool and gym greatly benefit those lazy chill days watching the sunset. I can't wait to return; thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
Honestly one of the best rentals that we have stayed at. Place was very spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to have some quite time after long day at the beach. Very clean and organized. Had everything we needed for the beach. Would definitely be staying again!
It was beautiful inside and outside, I can see the ocean even from the kitchen. The house was fully equipped. We had enough beach towels and beach equipment. The pool was so big and not busy at all. We enjoyed our trip so much.

We spent two weeks in this beautiful condo in the Na Hale O Keauhou complex.
It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen has everything required for any meal preparation.
The downstairs lanai has a perfect view of the ocean, and we spent our mornings (with coffee) and evenings (with drinks) here. The evening sunsets were spectacular, and we were always impressed with the beautiful view. It is an easy walk from this condo to one of the best snorkel beaches on the island, and to the KTA supermarket just up the hill. We booked a car for our stay, because there are so many other great places to visit on the Big Island. We will definitely book this wonderful condo the next time we visit Hawaii.

The classy house is just as shown on the pictures and even more: it is well equipped with everything you need (kitchen, bath rooms) and there is plenty of beach equipment available (beach chairs, parasols, body boards, cool boxes) for a perfect beach day.
We have been there with two teenagers and can explicitly recommend this place to all travellers looking for a perfect and quiet location with excellent sea view.

The condo is conveniently locate to a shopping center and several beaches. This condo is exceptional. Very clean and well stocked with sundries, cleaning supplies, towels, and extras you will rarely find in a Kona rental. They had lots of beach gear too. Highly recommended!!!
My only negative comment is that the twin beds upstairs are a little to hard for my taste.

Everything was good except the beds. All of us can’t sleep well because the mattresses were not comfortable. Everyone complained about the ache of the body after waking up, specially the single bed mattress was too hot.

This was our second stay in as many years. We've stayed at Na Hale O' Keauhou complex at another condo and the layout wasn't nearly as nice. Cynthia has done a wonderful job in sharing her lovely home with us, we will definitely be back again!
The pictures don't do this place justice. The condo is very clean, comfortable, well appointed, well furnished with all the extras and centrally located. The place has air conditioning which was needed given that 2 bedrooms are upstairs. The management checked in on us from time to time to make sure that all was going well. I appreciated it very much, however we did not need them once. We will stay here again. My only concern was that they did not have a cancellation policy, and with Covid I was afraid to book this place and take a risk of falling sick prior to my travel. I cured this by buying travel insurance.
This is the 2nd year in a row that we’ve stayed at Na Hale and once again, we couldn’t have been happier with our visit. The condo is spacious and clean, and the well-stocked kitchen, full washer and dryer, and beach supplies for the whole family made us feel like we were home. Any questions we had were promptly responded to by Leslie, the local contact person. We will be back. Thank you, Cynthia!

To escape from the gloomy Pacific NW weather, we decided to take a sunny break on the Big Island and we were so happy that we were able to find the condo for our stay. We stayed for 7 days and was so happy about how clean, spacious and private the space was for 2 couples/4 people. The kitchen was well-stocked which made it really easy for us to cook meals and enjoy it on the lanai. The location was perfect as it was a 5-10 min walk to a beach that you can snorkel and surf at and a 5 min walk to a grocery store and a great shaved ice/acai bowl place! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

Stayed at another complex nearby 5 years ago so I was familiar with area. No car rentals available so we knew we could walk to restaurants, grocery, beach, and nearby Sheraton to use Spa. Ideal location. 3br 3 bath. As there were three of us we loved each having own bathroom. Spacious, clean,perfect. Thank you!
Wonderful place for a family to stay. Great location for visiting local beaches, botanical gardens, framers markets, and coffee farms.
A local shopping center is just around the corner with a KTA store to buy fresh produce and support the local community. The secure gated community was a plus and we recommend the AC if you are visiting in August. We used the condos gym, swimming pool, and hot tub. Met the local site manager and he was very personable and helped answers questions about gates and access to the facilities.
Condo was in a great location, close to Kona for dining and shopping, but also a 1 minute hop up to Keauhou Shopping center for groceries, take out, coffee, etc. It was also great for trips south to avoid driving through the center of Kona traffic. The snorkeling beach is only a few minutes away. There was lots of space in the condo, much bigger than expected. The kitchen was well equipped and helpful to have condiments and cooking oils on hand. The condo was clean and tidy. We opted not to purchase A/C use because we live in the South and are used to the heat. Overall very pleased. The only very tiny issue is the ice maker never stops making ice, so it sometimes over flows and spills on the ground when you shut the freezer door.
