Kona Condo - Ocean Front Complex - Amazing Ocean View & Beach View!!!

Great location with the little beach right there; but it is not an easy swimming beach. Well equipped and a nice Brita water pitcher in the fridge. Easy walk to beach restaurants and some shops.

Great beach view. Clean, living room, dining area, full kitchen, balcony ocean crashing waves, beach towels, washer/dryer(a must), easy parking, close to town, great shopping & happy hours near by, pool & jacuzzi were great!! B-25 is a no brainer…!

Great location! Kitchen had everything you needed. Loved the fact they had laundry soap and shampoo. House has great lanai with comfortable furniture. Some suggestions to add would be shorter beach chairs, the ones that come with the condo are tall and cannot be used at the beach unless you sit in the back of the beach, so we had to rent chairs which was kinda a bummer. They did have an umbrella. Also lots of ice trays to make ice which was really handy. No extra blankets were provided, for the fold out sleeper. Other than that the place is great! We have stayed at Kona Reef multiple times and this was one of our favorite condos.

We are grateful for our stay in Kona-the well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook all our dinners “at home” while minutes walk for city center. The porch overlooking the beach made for lovely family dinners while allowing us to feel connected with the sea from here we made forays to Kealakakua bay, Waimea, Kohala, Hawi, and of course Puʻukoholā Heiau. Sincere thanks for use of this lovely property.

Building looked older , but unit was fresh, and the lanai facing the beach was perfect. Nice pool and great hot tub. Just what I was looking for, and a short walk to town,

Easy check-in. Prompt communication. Loved our location. Pool was nice. For our stay-this worked well.TV was a little complicated but we weren’t here to watch TV that much. Hot tub didn’t work (jets would not come on). Other than that we’d recommend highly

Our lanai overlooked a beautiful beach. With a short walk to town and all the attractions, it was the ideal location. Very nice amenities.Fabulous in every way.

This was my second stay at this property. And though it's a little more worn than last year it's still an amazing find. My only real complaint was the homeless camp set up on the beach that disrupted the view somewhat. The pool area is wonderful and it's very close to town. I will stay there again. thatthat mared

Great location, close to restaurants, and shopping. Unit is right on a small beach, the sound and rhythm of the sea is soothing to the soul. Check in and out was quick and easy, property manager is very responsive and friendly.

Needs new ac and fans.

The location and view are amazing. Close to everything and the beach is steps away. The pool is large and the outdoor bbqs were clean. I would stay at this location again but not the room. Yes, there was sand in the room but being that close to the beach it’s expected. The floors were very dirty and needs a steam mop. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. The air conditioning does not reach the bedroom. This made sleeping a challenge. No ice maker so I purchased two extra ice cube trays for future guests. The room is dated and needs upgrades but we enjoyed ourselves. Trash is conveniently located.

Located on the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. Property was clean and well appointed. I can’t say enough about the property managers and their communication prior to the rental.

This was our second stay at this condo resort. This condo is a nice 1 bedroom located on the south side of the building overlooking Honl's Beach. The condo is very nice and suited two of just perfectly, but can accommodate an additional 1 or 2 people. The kitchen is well appointed, even having a coffee bean grinder (necessary for grinding the Kona coffee beans that you purchase at the growers' farms) and a blender. There is some salt & pepper and a few odds and ends in the kitchen pantry closet available for you to use (we left a bottle of vinegar). Living room has a dining table for eating, so no sitting at the counter for dinners. The lanai overlooks the beach and has a table, 4 chairs, and a laundry rack. From the lanai you can watch the yoga classes at 8am on the beach or the surfers in the water. The constant breeze is nice. There is a plentiful supply of paper products (TP, paper towels) and additional blankets and bedding for use on pull-out sofa. Bathroom has shower only, but that's fine for us. Towels and beach towel provided, and there is a washer & dryer unit in the condo. This condo is located on the 3rd floor but is relatively convenient to the pool and the parking garage (sloped lot). There is an elevator if needed, but usually we walked up the 5 steps from the pool/garage level. The condo resort is fairly quiet, although there is some street noise from Ali'i Drive during the day. It's short walk down to Kailua Kona for shopping and touring.

The condo was perfect and boy, what a view!! The floor was really dirty, even though it looked clean. Our feet were black after walking around for a short time. That’s the only negative though. Everything else was just perfect!

Overall a pleasant experience and stay.

Location and view were great. Place was dirty, lanai furniture was rusty as was the ceiling fans in each room and refrigerator. No dish towels or dish rags to wash dishes. All dishes need to be washed before use. No crock pot and no stool to reach glasses in upper cabinet. Overall, very dissatisfied.

Perfect location and simple!

The view from the property is amazing. The condo itself was clean and well maintained and well stocked. Very much enjoyed my stay. Will use this property again.

I didn't like that there wasn't an inside lock on the door and everytime I sat down to relax my toddler took off out the front door. All the staff was friendly and the area was beautiful. Got a view and access to one of the few sandy beaches on Kona for sure. Trolly stopped outside complex. Our unit definitely had bed bugs in the pull out couch. 4/5 star

The location is perfect to enjoy the downtown area. The balcony has Ocean views but overlooks a homeless camp. The unit Was full of cockroaches.

Great View and ocean breezes. Nice complex easy to walk around town and to beach. We liked it a lot. Maybe not the best place for cooks - dull knives and not even salt and pepper in the cupboard, but overall beautiful stay here.

I liked the view. That said the condo was a little dirty and had roaches. The bad part were the neighbors though. We couldn't leave the doors open with all the pot smoke wafting up. Also there were several nights of loud partiers returning from the bars waking us up at 2am. With all that ,we went and stayed at another resort for the rest of our time.
