We had six people in our party with ample room for everybody. The unit was fully equipped with more than we expected. The view was fabulous - coffee on the lanai every morning was a favorite. Location was great with Kam III beach right across the street, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The kids loved the pools, they swan every day, sometimes twice. The grounds were very well maintained. Highly recommend this property.

We had a perfect time staying in unit #245. It was well supplied with everything we needed. It was clean and there was plenty of space for the 6 of us to be comfortable. Location was great and walkable to beaches and shops. I never received any responses to messages through VRBO but emailing the management company directly did get a response.

Amazing experience on the island, at the property, and in the condo. This was our first time at this property and this unit’s location is spectacular...quiet, great ocean view, sunset view, access to pool and grills...I’d be hard pressed to rent a different unit. The condo itself was MUCH larger than the pictures make it look. Our family of four easily fit and we hosted another family of four multiple times through the week for lunches and dinners and even with 8 people, there was plenty of room in the condo.If we make it back to this part of the island, we’d absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed our week plus as usual. HK is a wonderful property located across the street from one of the best beach parks and the great trail south towards the harbor. Tough choice every morning - walk that way or north towards Beach 1 and Charley Young Beach. The condo was comfortable and well equipped as usual at HK. One thing we liked being at the back of the complex was the relative quiet. Balancing the peace and quiet of the location is the need to drive to some of our favorite places like South Maui Garden and Isana. But life is tradeoffs, right.

Dorean and keoni were extremely helpful! The unit we stayed in was big enough for our family of 5. Our view from our balcony was priceless. Walking distance the beach got to watch the sunset on the grass area. Everything we needed was there. Enough of everything to not have to call the front desk. We loved it!
Loved staying at this condo. So well stocked with beach supplies. Clean with comfortable beds. Easy walk across the street to the beach.

The unit was exceptionally clean and very well stocked upon our arrival. It was easy to find and the grounds were immaculate. The view from the balcony was amazing! Would definently stay here again.
