We had an incredible stay at the Ko Olina Beach Towers! The unit itself was perfect for our family vacation. 3 nicely appointed bedrooms with separate baths, beautiful kitchen, and two lanais, one with incredible ocean views, and the other with a comfortable sofa and table with sea breezes. The huge sliding doors that opened all the way to allow a cross breeze through in the evening was extra special. The grounds and pool were beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing. The beach area is flawless; white sand and just minutes from the condo. Even the Mai Tai’s at the on property outdoor bar were fantastic. Our host Cherie was welcoming and very helpful during check in. 10/10 stay and would highly recommend!

My family had an awesome week in this unit! It’s a beautiful unit with a great view! We were in Hawaii for a family wedding and being able to stay in this unit added to a perfect week. Joan and Ron were fantastic hosts and responded quickly every time we communicated to them. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Fantastic condo that has plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy gorgeous Ko Olina! Condo has two fantastic lanai's of which one faces the ocean and multiple condo's and doesn't get direct sunlight which is great during the afternoon sun. The other one is in the sunlight and has outdoor furniture and a large table for outdoor dining. Check in process was easy, they meet you at the condo and give you a brief orientation of how everything works. I would highly recommend you pay attention to the outdoor doors and how they work as we left to go to the store and our son stayed behind and was locked out for a couple hours due to how the handles operate. All in all a great condo but could possibly use a refresh in terms of furnishings/cleaning.
This property is well maintained with a peaceful and welcoming community. We enjoyed grilling while listening to live music by the beach bar. The lagoon was magical and never over crowded. The jacuzzi and heated pool are very inviting. With a wheelchair assisted family member, we would have benefited from a more spacious walk-in master bedroom shower. It is technically a walk-in but, it is extremely narrow and we were unable to use it for our handicap family member. The living room/kitchen area with the dual lanai were more than adequate. The cross breeze, when both glass sliding doors were open was simply refreshing. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The condo has all the beach equipment one could need but, it could benefit from a wagon to bring items to the beach. There is no onsite restaurant but, there are plenty of restaurants/stores nearby, as well as snack food at the bar. Most importantly, we had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this property.
Beautiful property in a gorgeous location. Wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, and this property checked all the boxes. Will recommend highly. Five stars all the way.
Tastefully decorated apartment. Large Balcony with sunbeds for 4 with sun from 9am to 5pm in October. Beautiful sea view.Pool was open for swimming.

2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.One with bathtub.
Close to supermarkets and lots of bars and restaurants plus train station.
A bit of a walk down to the beach but we are fully mobile so did not bother us. There is a lift down to the beach and back up if you cannot manage a lot of stairs.
We were warmly welcomed by Jerry who explained all about the apartment and surrounding area.
One negative is that it is very near a train track and the first train at around 6am woke us up most mornings.
BUT would highly recommend this apartment.
Clean, highly secured, many amenties available for fee. Some staff are awesome a couple sucked. Lacking some common kitchen utensiles
Very minor things. There were only child chairs to take down to the pool which were not suitable for adults. Would be nice if there were beds at the pool but understand that it's mainly residential residential. The pool needed alot of tlc.. having said that we would definitely stay sgain.had

Great property. Great location. clean.Communication with renter was seamless. Great place for families and friends.
Having lived on Oahu, the Amalfi Coast and multiple Southern California beaches, I consider myself a beach snob.
With that said, Ko Olina is one of the best coastal locations and vacation spots as far as I’m concerned! From the moment you get off the freeway you know you are in a special resort area that screams relaxation.
The villas are especially lovely and offer a very beautiful and peaceful environment. We have also stayed at Disneys Aulani and I think the villas are far superior.
This unit was a fantastic spot for our family of six adults. Everything was as described and very clean. I was concerned about privacy since all the balconies face each other but it wasn’t a problem. The view was spectacular, better than in the pictures. This is the place you will want to return to every summer!
I’d like to mention that Roy’s at the golf course across the street has a wonderful Aloha happy hour and if you are interested in a family photo, I highly recommend a local photographer, Patrick (photos@patrickjordanphotography.com), his work is exceptional and inexpensive.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was wonderful. It wasn't too crowded with easy access to the pools and the beach. The area is wonderful also. We would definitely come back!

Nice pool, quiet area
Apartment well equipped very spacious clean balcony superb and spacious. Our only bown fall it is a bit of a hill to climb up. my sister in has a hip problem and my brother had a knee replacement we had to use taxi's. The hill is not mentioned or the railway line that runs very close by.

Beautiful and relaxing place for a quiet vacation. Property is amazing with nearby shops and restaurants to enjoy as well as 30 minutes from most of Oahu's top tourist sites. Loved the nightly music by the beach on the bar. Overall great place to stay.
We absolutely loved this Beach Villa and resort. We don't plan on staying anywhere else from now on when we vacation in Oahu! The villa was clean, well equipped, and the view was amazing. We had plenty of space and the location was perfect. Our hosts were so great to work with, too. We will be back for sure!

We love the Beach Villas! The condo was just like the pictures, great layout and amenities. Perfect for our family with adult children, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Two lanai’s were a bonus. Beds are comfy, plenty of towels for bathrooms and pool/beach. Beach chairs and toys, a cooler also. Only comment about the place, some of the wood furniture is a little beat up, but to be expected in a well loved rental. Good communication with owner/agents. Hope to get back soon!
We loved our stay and will definitely be back. The place is clean, large and well equipped with everything you need. The view is breathtaking.
We stayed at Beach Villas to attend our daughters’s wedding. There were 5 adults and two children and the apartment provided everything we needed. It was extremely well equipped and the second lanai was a real bonus. The grounds are beautiful and I can totally recommend the pool bar cocktails. The staff were very helpful. The market just down the road in the village can satisfy most needs and full shopping is only 10 mins away by car. Restaurants are a little pricey but the food is very good. Special thanks to Joan who manages the property. She was extremely helpful and always prompt in her response. It is a great place for a family holiday. I am sure we will be back again!
My daughter and her fam as well as my husband and I. Had a great time for her 30th celebration. Place was right on the beach . Pools were awesome for the kiddos. Nice walking trails . Fish feeding for the little ones was a big hit . Place was clean well stocked manager was available to chat if we needed anything
