We absolutely loved the condo. It was central to so many of our activities in Maui. The proximity to the beach was great. We really loved the little sandwich shop/bar on property. The condo had everything we needed for our week long stay.

It was a lovely condo with a beautiful view. It appeared well kept and appreciated some of the extras left in kitchen. The washing machine was a bit “off”. It wouldn’t let us choose cold water and it didn’t want to fill. I think the dryer needs a vent clean (in the back. We have been to Sugar Beach before and would choose it again.

We booked at the last minute as a celebration of our 30th anniversary and arrived late at night. We found it easily, but didn't know which building we were in. I think one building is even-numbers the other odd. Signage might help with that, but we found our unit quickly and entered with the code. It was a breeze.The unit was clean and had absolutely everything we needed. We bought a weeks worth of groceries and felt very at home. We would definitely stay there again.

We have been to Sugar Beach many times and it is always wonderful! This unit needs some upkeep compared to others on the property we've rented before (furniture, shower etc.), but the location is worth the older building. We are already planning next year's trip!

Furnishings we're mediocre; uncomfortable couch and dining chairs. Residents in the condo below us would fight, drink and yell all night; like living next to a fraternity. We have stayed at the Sugar Beach condos numerous times in the past and have never had such a bad experience. For the cost that is charged, it's not worth it and we'll probably not stay at the Sugar Beach Condos again.
