6th time at Hale Kai and 3rd time in unit 119. Always feels like home here. Valerie in the office is super helpful. Our unit is perfect for us. Since my husband brings a 46-pound golf bag, the ground units are the best choice for us. We saw lots of whales and sea turtles this week. The unit itself has some new improvements that we totally enjoyed, and the Laundry Room with the Wash Connect App is great. Thank you for the wonderful week.

We have stayed at Hale Kai many times but this is the first time we had very noisy neighbours (downstairs until at least 12:30am) & every morning at 6am (from upstairs). Luck of the draw.An easy to follow printed TV setup sheet (which remote to use first and how to access local channels) would be very useful, especially if you arrive on a weekend. The bbqs were difficult to start without using a lighter. Unit and pool were great as normal. Office staff also great and very accommodating.

This is our 6th visit to Hale Kai. We have stayed in multiple units and this is our second time in #119. Everything was perfect on check-in. Clean unit, comfy bed, well stocked kitchen and nice lanai furniture. Melody and Valerie were super helpful in the office. We were able to borrow another absorbent door mat when Maui decided to pour down heavy rains for several days in a row. Loved the laundry room with Wash Connect app to use instead of quarters. Always an enjoyable time at Hale Kai! So many restaurants in walkable distance. See you next year!
