This would be our 2nd time visiting Kauai and 2nd time staying in this condo complex and we just absolutely LOVE everything about it! From the location, to the views, to the epic beaches within walking distance this is our happy place. The whole property is so well taken care of and ideal for our families needs for an epic vacation.

We really enjoyed this spacious, well appointed and well maintained condo with two decks overlooking the beach. Would definitely stay again!
We loved everything about this property - location, views, pool, hot tub, sunsets, grounds. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. End unit was nice - quieter but property in general was quiet and peaceful.
We loved playing baseball and football in the enormous field outside the condo that looks out over the ocean. The sunsets toward Hanalei Bay were a delight. We loved hanging with the Nene birds. The pool and hot tub are awesome. The condo was clean and nice and a good size for our family of four. It was a wonderful trip!
Probably not a good idea to have a large family with multiple adults and multiple children in upper level. We had loud thumping and running sounds all day and into the night. Definitely could not sleep in.
Condo has everything you need. Walk out on to the cliff side and have spectacular views of the ocean, cliffs, and plenty of nene's!House is set up well for 2 couples or family.Quick drive to swimable beaches, Hanalei, and the local area.

The unit had everything we needed. Perfect location and the view is amazing to wake up to everyday! We stayed for a week and it quickly felt like home. Wish the onsite restaurant was open more hours for quick last minute F&B.

Great location and beautiful view. Unit really really needs a deep cleaning. Also, the hot water was lukewarm at best, so it made showering not a good experience.

Friendly and professional booking with rental agency. Wonderful condo with all you need for your stay from clean unit, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, beach gear and a spectacular view in a private location. Stayed in Kauai many times but love Pali Ke Kua the best for its convenience to beaches and town. The sunset and walk to beach are bonus!!

This is easily one of the nicest condos I've stayed in. Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beach chairs, towels, and coolers. Floor fans were great because I was a little concerned about it being too warm w/out A/C, but pulling the blinds during the day did the trick! Management company was very responsive and easy to work with as well.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and on the North Shore. We explored many of the area beaches and found our favorite snorkeling at Hideaway beach- accessible via a private walk from the condo. We hiked the Na Pali coast, went to the lighthouse and bird sanctuary, and ate some really amazing food. The condo was more dated than we expected and the inside seemed darker than what is shown in the pictures (the furniture is heavier and darker too). We appreciated how spacious the condo is- with the two bedrooms and bathrooms. Also, the views at sunset were gorgeous- there's a really great view of the Na Pali coast just across the lawn.
The location was nearly perfect. 10-15 minute walk to three beaches. Short drive to shops in Princeville and Hanalei. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean, although there was some typical Hawaiian staining and wear in places. The pool looked different from the website, especially when viewed from the Hideaway Pizza that looks directly into the pool, but we didn’t come to Kauai for the pool.

Beautiful accommodations. Very nice location in the lushest part of the island. Close to great snorkeling beaches and food. If it’s the hot time of year....VERY HOT. There were no breezes. From 2:30 - 6 pm you had to be out at a beach, the pool or in town for dinner. Fans couldn’t help. This was Sept. 14-22. Very hard to deal with the extreme humidity and the temp was 85.
Overall, we had a good experience with our stay. The rental company was great - very communicative and helpful. The overall process was easy. The unit itself was pretty nice, with a great view of the water and accommodations that were great for our family (washer/dryer, great kitchen setup to cook our own food, etc.). The ONLY negative, which was a big one for us, was that the unit has no air condition and gets very warm in the afternoons during the summer. The description of the property was not clear about that fact that there was no AC. This was a pretty big deal for our family as we had to find creative ways to try and stay cool or stay out of the condo altogether for several hours during the afternoon.

First time in Kauai with two teenagers. The property location was perfect as we mostly stayed on the North Shore but also easy drive to the south side of the island. Beautiful location with ocean views north. The property was quiet. The photos in the advertisement do not show the unit in it's current state. However the unit was clean and furnishings were comfortable. Plenty of space for Family of four. A few furnishings were broken upon arrival but nothing that hampered our stay or enjoyment. We would definitely stay here again.
