Loved staying on the North Shore. Just short walk to the Ritz Carlton and Turtle Bay beach. House and resort condo was terrific and felt like a wonderful family home and resort feel!
We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location to the beach and nearby Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay Resort was a plus. Our view was the first hole of the golf course and also saw lovely sunsets. Nicole was quick to answer any questions. Would stay hear again.
Loved the 3 bedrooms and the location in the North Shore was as advertised. Great beaches and local fare. Look forward to coming back soon.
The unit was nicely decorated, well stocked, and organized. Furniture was comfortable, table on lanai was perfect for bird watching, the grass area was great for star gazing. Our contact, Nicole was quick to respond to questions. We had a wonderful time.
Great property to get out enjoy the quiet side of the island. Easy access/walking to the beach and attached golf property. Nice way to enjoy the north shore.
We had an amazing time at the North Shore but our stay at this property was a challenge. We walked into a dirty condo. The floors didn’t look swept or mopped, base boards were filthy, bathroom vents covered in dust. We had dead and live ants and roaches, A LOT! The management company wasn’t able to move us to a different condo but they did send someone to clean and spray for bugs. It was a little better after that but I don’t think this is a quick fix. We wouldn’t stay here again.
The unit looked like the pictures. There is an ant problem in the kitchen. There were cobwebs in the shower and the second day of our week stay the refrigerator broke ruining about $600 worth of groceries. We reached out to the property manager who basically say “bummer”. She came and flipped the circuit breaker which we knew wasn’t the problem because the light in the fridge was on. The fridge was not fixed our entire stay so we then had to spend lots of money eating out. The morning we were leaving she came back and measured the space for a new fridge. The reason I chose a home instead of a hotel was for the kitchen. I had five 18 year old boys I had to feed which ended up being very expensive on top of the money I had spent on groceries.
It was a nice location great view of closed golf course. The kids had great time playing outside and since the course was closed no worries about getting hit. Short walk to beach. Great walking trails which we didn’t find till day 4 of 8 day stay.
The Vrbo could use a deep cleaning, few cobweb and some dirt in corners. A fresh coat of paint would make this place outstanding. But overall we would stay there again. We made some great memories and would love to do again in couple years.
Great open spaces to share meals and enjoy the people you’re traveling with. A short walk to beautiful beaches and hotel bars. Always fun.. I stay here every time I come over.
The unit was very comfortable for 6 of us (4 adults, 2 kids), and had everything we needed. The Kuilima West complex is quiet and well maintained, and we loved having easy access to the beaches and miles of walking and running trails right there at Turtle Bay. We really appreciated the extra touches of holiday decorations in the unit, and the bonus treat of having an amazing view of the resort's fireworks on the back porch at midnight on New Years! Would definitely stay here again, even without the fireworks.
