We LOVED our stay here! It was perfect for our family (two adults, two kids age 4 and 7, and grandpa). We could easily walk to the beach in 10 minutes, and the community's pool was convenient and heated. Beds were very comfortable. We loved how all the beach gear was provided to borrow. This condo was a great location for staying in the North Shore. Highly recommended!

Family of five stayed here June 2025. Great place for our family. Unit is as described with 1 main bedroom with a king bed and a loft with 2 queen beds. 2.5 bathrooms. Washer/dryer and air conditioning (window units) throughout. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies. The beds were comfortable. Kuilima estates is a quiet, safe neighborhood. Condo isn’t super-close to the beach but is within walking distance. There were some very used beach supplies as well (could use some new beach chairs). We had no issues during our stay. Owners were very communicative about check-in/out process and house rules. Would stay again. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay in Kuilima Estates. The condo was clean, and we found everything to be as listed and pictured in the listing. Check in instructions were clear and property manager was very easy to communicate with during our stay. The unit is close to tennis & pickleball courts and we wish we had brought our gear. It was close to a path that was great for walking or biking. We used the beach gear and chairs almost every day. We enjoyed being close to Turtle Bay and the beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our family of 5 adults stayed here for 9 days and loved every minute of it. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The place is a bit older, but very clean.They have thought of everything you would need for your stay- from a cooler, to beach chairs and folding chairs just to mention a few. Paul was a pleasure to deal with and he even went above and beyond to help us out with a request. The grounds are very well groomed and the place is very quiet. We would highly recommend it!

The property was great. Nothing fancy but perfect for an enjoyable get away to the Island. The week we were there it was hot however the A/C units in the place were able to keep the temps comfortable for our entire trip. I would stay there again for sure!
The beds were very comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. We loved the close proximity to the beach. You won’t be disappointed!!

Location is great for North shore! Grounds beautiful with the beach within walking distance. Unit has beach chairs to use & other beach items (we didn’t need them, but nice to know we could). Air conditioning was amazing!! Cooled down quickly each time we turned back on. Will stay here again when visiting North shore. Mahalo!
Perfect for our family of adult children, very comfortable and clean!
This property was perfect. Had everything we needed, was clean and the location was superb. Our family had a great time here eating at the local food trucks, floating in the bay, and watching sunsets at the local resort.

We absolutely loved our stay here and would stay again if available. The house was clean and well kept. We loved all the beach accessories like boogie boards, sand toys, chairs and beach towels. It’s super close to turtle bay and the beach is just a 10 minute walk. A/C worked well and kept us cool when it was hot. Excellent place if you’re looking for a relaxed location close to all of the North Shores attractions. Polynesian Cultural Center was a highlight.
This was a great property for our family of 6. Clean and great location. It was also nice to have a few beach items for use, including chairs, snorkels, boards, etc. It is Hawaii so of course it gets hot, however, when we returned in the evening, the place cools down with the ceiling fans and air conditioning units (1 in main room, 1 in master, 1 I lift). We would stay here again.
Property was nice but we didn’t see it was upstairs unit. Nice area, quiet. House could use some brighter lighting. We are card players in evenings and was very hard to see with weak lighting. There needs to be two fobs for when all of the party aren’t going together. We left some to swim and some went to town and we had to leave the s one fob for pool users and then have to walk back in to get fob to release gate. Kinda of frustrating. Having to turn off ac when gone then sweltering for it to cool off when turned back on. We did not like that rule. Over all it was beautiful area and we had a relaxing time. Just small things that were mild irritants.

We love our stay on the North Shore. The property host was great to work with. We loved the extra beach amenities that came with the property. It was well stocked and clean. Its a bit of a challenge to get the access key for the property, but we managed. Overall, we loved staying here. The property was very quiet! Would defiitly stay here again.
This condo was absolutely perfect! Away from the crowds and big city in the quaint North Shore. We LOVED walking across every evening to the Keiki beach each evening for the sunset over Turtle Bay. We are tennis players so having the tennis courts next door was also great! The unit was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent! We plan to stay here again in the future!
Our stay here was fabulous! Our property manager was excellent as far as communicating with us. He always answered our questions and was very helpful with information regarding things to do around the area. Our condo unit was extremely well maintained with a very modern look. Our building and grounds were excellent and our location was convenient to do many things on Oahu. We most definitely would stay here again! Mahalo.
This is a good home base in a wonderful location. You will have everything you need to enjoy the island. The manager is willing to be in touch and help as needed. Note that if you have mobility issues, there is no elevator and you’ll need to carry your things upstairs. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai and listening to the birds.
The upstairs did not have air conditioning as stated in the description; it would have been better if the listing would been updated or we would have been contacted in advance just to be aware. Hosts were in the process of fixing it so it is probably fine now.
A beautiful place to retire after a day at the beach or touring the island. Paul has a very well thought out property that has virtually everything you need or want. His communication with us was great and shared tidbits of information for local places to tour. I would definitely stay here again. You won’t be sorry or disappointed.

The area of Turtle Bay was super nice, had a lot of nice amenities. Nice amount of beach items for our use. The condo was extremely hard to get into with the key pad, called manager and he was able to give better instructions. No A/C in the loft made for a stuffy stay for the kids. They had fans but it wasn't enough. It states in the description that there is A/C in the loft. Called manager and he said nothing he could do because the condo association wants them to replace it with a $30,000 central air unit.. He also went on to say that is why their price is lower than other condos in the area. The pictures of the living area are not accurate, no dining table or 2 couches. It is an Island with 3 seats. Small couch and 2 chairs. Certainly would not stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay so much. The unit was clean and has got all amenities needed. The whole complex was very quiet and we met some nice people there. We were worried that there is no hot tub but the pool seems to be heated, so that was perfect in the afternoons.
