A well maintained property, close to Turtle Bay hotel. Host was very gracious, and kept good communication and clear direction
A clean property with clear amd simple expectations to keep a beautiful place beautiful. Our family of 3 enjoyed the property, pools, and sumple comfort of the condo. Host was responsive, kind, and professional.
We truly loved our stay here! It was spacious, clean, well stocked & nicely decorated. The hosts were very responsive and friendly in communication as well as super helpful with recommendations. We could easily access world class beaches, great food if we wanted to eat out, as well as shady trails nearby for exercise. Would love to come back!
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was clean and as described. We loved the golf course in the back and walking to the ocean and restaurants on Turtle Bay.
Clean and spacious place with a washer and dryer, beach chairs, extra towels et al. Well equipped kitchen. Had parking with easy access to lots of beaches, restaurants and Foodland.
Very clean and well equipped lower level unit in a townhouse by the golf course. Walking distance to the ocean, a golfclub bar-grill and the Ritz-Carlton grounds. Had initially planned on not having a car since the bus from Honolulu stops right outside, but that would have been very isolating. Would definitely come again!
Location was great, property was as advertised. Easy walk to Kuilima Cove and to the golf course bar & grill. It is an apartment, and vibrant kids upstairs meant it wasn't always peaceful. Recommend!
Had everything you needed for a comfortable vacation rental. Host is very accommodating and responsive. The only cons are the unit is older with thin curtains and tiles floors that are hard to keep clean. Also, the golf resort groom the course very early at 5:00 AM with a very noisy machine, shining bright lights into the unit. This happened twice during our stay.
Perfect spot to stay and enjoy the North Shore. Check-in was easy and owner was super responsive to any questions we had. Unit was very clean, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook, linens, bathroom toiletries, pool towels, washer/dryer, even beach chairs and toys to use. We loved staying here and would stay again!
Exactly what we were looking for! The place was comfortable, clean, well-stocked and close to everything we wanted. Judy was easy to communicate with - she replied quickly and was very accommodating to our needs! Thanks again!
We love the North Shore with its beaches, vistas and people.

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything clean and well equipped especially the kitchen with cookware. Very happy with our experience. Thank you to the listing agent/host for providing great communication and a great product.
Everything a couple visiting the North Shore would need. Great location near Turtle Bay, easy to access both the North Shore and the windward side. Judy was very responsive and provided lots of info
The location was great, close to beautiful beaches. There was crib, high chair and beach toys for our toddler. The kitchen was well equipped.
Our problem was that there was no main AC unit for the living room and kitchen. We were so overheated as we had to spend a couple of hours in the house during the day for our daughter’s nap. There were two ceiling fans that didn’t really do the job. Even though the kitchen was well equipped it was hard cooking there as it was so hot.
There was AC in the bedroom. it was way too loud and would wake us up all the time. We didn’t feel like the room would get to 21 degrees celsius, felt way hotter.
Had we known there was no AC, we would’ve never booked this place. There was nothing in this place’s description that would indicate that.
The property was exactly as shown. Comfortable, clean, quiet and very convenient with well stocked kitchen ( plates/glasses etc.) washing machine/dryer etc. and everything you need. I was visiting for a wedding nearby but I liked staying out of the busy main restaurant/shopping area of Haleiwa. It's nice to be close to Ritz Carlton where you can just walk and get coffee, sit at bar and get food etc.You can also sign up for fitness/yoga classes for a fee. There is a walking trail along the beach and golf course which is great.
The property is quiet and peaceful and close to lovely walking trails and beautiful beaches. Good base for exploring the north shore or day trips east or south. Unit has everything you need, and owner provided good tips on places to visit, restaurants, etc. A book inside the unit also gives much helpful information. Judy helped us a great deal by sending something we left behind to our next stop on Kauai. If you’re looking for something private and don’t want noise and a big resort, this is the place. Thanks, Judy, for providing this wonderful property where we celebrated our anniversary.

Exactly as described and pictured. Peaceful, cool cross breezes (it was mid 80’s and we didn’t use the AC once), clean, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The property manager was communicative and accommodating. This was a great unit for my son and I to stay in, and we would stay here again given the opportunity!
Great place. Appreciated the beach chairs and cooler that were available for our use. Host provided link for easy entrance for entrance gate that was great. Futon was ok- good for kids- adults not so much. Loved out stay. Nice location that was central to most of our activities.
This place is a short walk to turtle bay resort, where we attended a wedding at the stables. The apartment is in a gated community which feels secure and super safe, and quiet at night! We loved staying on the north shore, felt like living like the locals. 10/10, would absolutely come back.
Great location, clean, nice view of golf course, washer and dryer, well stocked with everything, including a drying rack which is much appreciated, comfortable, accommodating host. I would happily stay there again.
We enjoyed our stay here while attending a conference in the hotel. Lot of trail walking along the beach. The condo is exactly as described. A rain umbrella would have helped on rainy days. BTW be aware: sitting in a futon is not the same as a sofa- this was our first time and took some getting used to.
We stayed at Swaying Palms on this, our first trip to Hawaii. We are not into city busyness, and loved the nature trails, easy access to quiet beaches and just relaxing in the condo. It was a short trip to the Polynesian Cultural Center, and that day was just lovely. Judy is a perfect host. She stopped by to say 'hello' after asking permission, and always responded promptly to queries whether they were important or not. Our US SIM card didn't handle messages properly and Judy had to go out of her way to get our gate pass working properly.Thank you! We'd recommend Swaying Palms to anyone.
