Our 2 BR/2 BA oceanview condo in Emmalani Court - Princeville, offers a comfortable haven to relax after exploring the Garden Isle. It has wonderful ocean and mountain views and a private lanai, cooled by trade breezes or AC throughout. The clubhouse houses a pool, hot tub, & BBQs.

The condo is located within easy walking distance of the 1 Hotel Hanalei (formerly the St. Regis Hotel), with fantastic restaurants and unbeatable sunset views. Emmalani Court is steps from the ocean bluff near the 8th hole of the Makai Golf Course, which is a great spot to watch the sunset or see nesting albatross up close.

Enjoy the Princeville walking path, the golf course, Queen's Bath, Hideaways and Pu'u Poa beaches. A short drive will bring you to Kilauea lighthouse, Hanalei Pier, and all the amazing north shore beaches - Anini, Rock Quarry, Hanalei, Lumahai, Tunnels, and more.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Please be aware there will be an active construction project at our condo complex this fall and winter. There will be roof replacement work on our building and the adjacent buildings on weekdays from September through November and in the rest of the complex from November through January.

TAXES
Please note there are mandatory Hawaii G.E.T. & T.A.T. taxes of 14.750%  and County of Kauai TAT tax of 3%, making a combined total of  17.75% . This will be applied to the nightly rate times the number of nights plus the cleaning fee.
