Fabulous location, great home, communication was easy and quick. We loved our week at this property. Easy beach access, chairs for the beach, beach towels. It is a beautiful beach. Home was well stocked and ready for our stay. We would love to return.
We could not have had a better location .. it was on the North shore and near so many amazing activities. We had the best beach right in our backyard. The house was clean and nicely stocked. It was my self, my husband, and our five children ages 7 to 21. We would definitely recommend the property. Our host was very responsive.

We had a great stay. The location is just amazing on a stunning beach. The house had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to beach toys/chairs, extra linens and a great patio to watch the waves, whales and sunsets from. Communication with Daniel was excellent when we had an issue with the alarm system and he was very helpful. We would consider staying at the property again in the future!
Loved the location just steps from a beautiful white sand beach on the North Shore. Matt, the owner,was very helpful. When I texted him with questions, he called me back almost immediately. He was very helpful. Loved the location & the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including many spices & condiments. Only surprise we got was when the gardener showed up. We were not forewarned about that & suddenly there was a guy on the lanai taking pictures. WTH? When I went out to find out how he got in the locked gate & who he was, he told me he was the gardener. But it was fine. Great location; about halfway in one direction to Haleiwa Town & in the other direction was Turtle Bay. My husband, daughter, son-in-law & grandkids (ages 19 & 16) had a wonderful time & highly recommend staying here if you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of Waikiki! We LOVED sitting on the lanai with our morning coffee watching the whales frolic out in the ocean!
The house was great for our family vacation and the view was amazing!

Lovely beach house, great location, accurate photos and everything you need for a North Shore holiday. However there are details that detracted. Flat tires on all the bikes, kitchen knives that were all dull, BBQ that functioned but was rusted and missing knobs, etc. Yes, little things but daily distractions. The property manager did address the flat tires when asked. For us it was close to perfect; hopefully for the next guests it will be.
The property afforded us a closeup glimpse of the North Shore's appeal, right outside the back door. The photo does not do it justice. The sound of thunderous waves through the night was magic. The updated balcony furniture was such a treat, we hardly stayed inside. If you hesitate to book this you will regret it.
Everything you need is there. Had a wonderful time. Book this house, you won't be dissapointed!
Wish we could stay forever! The location of this house is unbeatable! Walk right out your back door to a beautiful beach and gorgeous sunset. The view is mesmerizing. A sea turtle swam right past us while we were swimming in our “backyard beach”. The house is very clean and has everything you need: kitchen supplies, beach towels, boogie board, outside shower. Communication is superb. Matthew goes above and beyond to make sure you have an excellent vacation. Would stay again in a heart beat. (Also supermarket is 2 minutes away.)
Our family of 7 fit well in the house. We have two teenage boys (15/13) and three girls (11/8/8). One teenage boy slept on the couch, and the girls took the bunk beds, so sleeping was well-spaced. The AC units work great and get the house colder if you keep the bathroom doors shut. The location was AMAZING. We drove to other beaches and attractions easily. I really liked the privacy of the driveway gate.
We used items like the chairs and cooler, but I would have preferred a detailed list of what was available. There were no kid-sized bicycles, so we didn't ride the bikes. Cooking was simple with plenty of dishes, and laundry was a breeze with the nice washer/dryer. I loved how they had a pantry with ziplocks, spices, butter in the fridge, and other condiments like ketchup. Those small things make a difference. The master bathroom faucets drip water, but it's not a worry as I don't pay the water bill.
Neighboring homes are very close, but there's lots of privacy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat based on the location to grocery stores, famous beaches, surf lessons, and other towns. Plus, the distance to the beach is huge. Some beaches have about 5-15 feet of sand, but the beach behind this house is enormous!

This property was exactly as advertised! Beach front and close to everything on the North Shore. Our questions about the property were answered in a reasonable manner. If we are ever fortunate enough to return to Hawaii, we'd definitely return to this amazing location. Thank you for an amazing week!
Loved the view, beds, decor — all very comfortable. One suggestion! Lighting, especially in bedrooms not good.
Communication with the host was great. Easy check in and check out instructions. Amazing location. Everything you need. Foodland is right down the street, along with food carts. Close to Haleiwa. Sharks cove is also down the street, great place to take the family to relax. I would highly recommend staying here.

Location, location, location! The view was amazing and steps from the beach. We absolutely loved our stay. The ocean is too rough to swim in this time of year but we found other spots for that. We fell asleep to the sounds of the ocean and woke up to the beautiful views of the ocean. The house was lovely and as advertised, we would stay here again and again.
We loved everything about the house. Our flight arrived early and Daniel did everything to help us check in early. Beds were super comfy and the house was really well provisioned, from surf boards to bikes and lots of extra condiments for cooking. Really centrally located. Would highly recommend.
Enjoyed our stay on a peaceful beach! The property manager was attentive and easy to communicate with. Enjoyed being able to walk to places close by. A most pleasant experience for our family.
