AC would do this condo well. The bedrooms have a shared bathroom (jack n jill), which is not noted in the description. Also, the queen bed is in a king frame, making it very hard to get in/out of bed. The location is really great and the pool is also really great. Unit was clean but I wouldn't stay here again without some changes.
We loved this property! Amazing view of the ocean from inside and especially from the lanai. The amenities were great. The only thing that could’ve been better was to have AC in the unit.
Fantastic location! Lots of sea turtle spotting and snorkeling right off the beach.

This condo was everything advertised and more. Super clean, open and airy with fantastic views that included turtles (honu) and whale spouts (and a few breaches!).The condo complex was quiet, even with the windows open. There isn't an AC but with the breezes and ceiling fans really wasn't needed. We will definitely stay here again!
Condo was great, views are amazing. Was nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Had everything we needed.

If you’re looking for a Hilton Stay- find you a Hilton. This is an intimate space with everything Maui. No AC was not a problem. It was 80 degrees in February and the afternoon may have got a tad warm but the breeze!!! Watch the turtles and whales in the ocean from your lanai. A few turtles even come up to the sand by the pool to sun bathe. They have coolers and beach chairs for you to use. Property manager was easy to reach and very helpful! Sweet gifts left for us too!
Everything about our condo was fantastic! Great location. Private beach right next to the pool. Lots of pool chairs. We watched turtles every morning from our lanai and even whales out farther (with binoculars). A seal visited our beach for a day too. The ocean water was a little rough at times but you could still snorkel really easily. The amenities in the unit were also great. We had all we need plus tons of extras! Coolers, beach chairs, pool floaties and towels. You name it they’ve got it. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful ocean views from lanai, just perfect with turtles and lots of tropical fish in the waters. Great private beach. Close to the all shops and activities. Didn’t like lots of street noise at night and lock of air conditioners, had to have all the doors and windows open at all times.
Girls trip for 3, we stayed for a 10 days in Oct/nov and the condo was great- clean, comfy and well located for shopping, restaurants and beaches. The property managers were very responsive when we had a minor problem with a bathroom sink it was resolved extremely quickly.
This condo was beautiful but the location is amazing and the watching the sea turtles (Honu) from our lanai made this paradise dream come true for me. The best was when one came to shore the last night we were there. Also falling asleep and waking up to the ocean sounds and smell was out of this world!
I cannot put into words how amazing it this place was. We had an absolute blast on our trip. The big hotels don’t have the turtles right out front and a private little beach like this one. We saw SOOO many turtles it quite literally made my whole life. (I am obsessed) my kids had a blast! The pool is basic but truly all you need. Everyone was so friendly. I absolutely hope we can come back here one day. None of us wanted to leave!!!

Property was nice. Checkin and checkout was easy. Parking was ideal and views and beach access was top notch. Everything was perfect but wish property had AC.
We loved staying here! Beautiful ocean front property. Access to the beach. Amazing views of the sunset every night. We saw sea turtles swimming every day, throughout the day. Beautiful, clean, and modern condo. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with equipment - pots, pans, utensils. There is no AC however there are ceiling fans and standing fans provided and there is a great cross breeze when the doors and windows are open. The condo was pretty clean however could use a little more attention to detail. We had a couple clean towels that had some hairs deep in them that we pulled out. Overall a wonderful stay and we would love to stay again!

We had a great stay at this property in general. The view is a million dollar one, You really can not beat it. We saw a seat turtle swimming at the shore right outside from our balcony the second we walked in. Our kids loved the beach area and played there every day. The pool does get busy in the afternoons, but we stayed at this condo during a popular time and the older kids were respectful and safe around our little kids. No issues at all with anyone. The pool area and the pool was cleaned every day, which was so nice. My only complaint in our specific unit was that the carpets were EXTREMELY dirty. I am not a prissy person and I could not walk on them without having flip flops on. Out kids feet would be dirty after walking on them and we would have to clean their feet before getting into bed. They really really need to be replaced. It would elevate the entire experience of the condo. Everything else was spotless and the bed linens were clean and were comfortable. One of the rooms was really really noisy at night so if you are staying in the roadside bedroom bring some noise canceling headphones for the nighttime. People honked their horns all night long. The other room was heaven at night. The ocean waves crashing sound puts you right to sleep. Not having air conditioning was scary at first but it only got a little hot for two hours in the afternoon and it really wasn't that bad. The fans kept the air moving and it was so nice. We would absolutely stay here again

We stayed with our 2 children and brought my mom as well. The view can’t be beat. And the pool next to the ocean was a new level of fun for our kids! We had daily visits from turtles and one that stayed for a few days. It was an excellent stay!

We had a fabulous time at the Nohonani 300. We saw whales and turtles everyday and even got to see a monk seal on the beach one day. The sound of the waves gave us the best night sleep. Can't wait till we can come back again.
