I feel like the pictures and description of this place actually undersell it, it’s even better in person. The condo itself is beautiful, very nicely and thoughtfully renovated, the AC works great, nice community and easy parking, very easy access to the beach. We were a group of 6 adults and everyone was perfectly comfortable. Our favorite part were the sea turtles, they were everywhere! There’s a nearby beach they take afternoon naps at in groups of 6-8, they swim around in the water close to shore, you can see them swimming in the ocean from the balcony of the condo! Just amazing. We loved our stay so much and would definitely stay here again.
We loved our stay. The unit was clean, updated, and exactly as pictured. The quality of the amenities was a nice surprise--a Vitamix blender, an Instant Pot, quality pots and pans, binoculars, beach equipment, beach towels, and good board games. The furniture and beds were clean and comfortable, which is something I don't think I've ever been able to say in a review.
The building itself was relatively small, which meant the pool and hot tub were never crowded, even over Christmas week. Short walking distance to a great dive bar (Dollie's) and sushi (Miso Phat, where you BYOB).
No complaints. This is an excellent property and we'd stay here again.
We arrived on 8/6. Everything was as described. The instructions were to check-in at office for parking sticker, etc. Office staff could not find my reservation, said “Oh, you’re in a private rental” Gave parking sticker, said “For anything else call the private off site manager” Had trouble opening door with keypad. Called offsite service, only available for emergencies at night, no answer. Again office staff intervened. On 8/8, Lahaina, a 5 minute drive away, burned to the ground and we had no power for the remainder of visit—no AC, no lights, food in fridge rotted, car alarms went off all night, no cell phones. The inside stairs have a high last step, two of us stumbled in the dark. Very hot, heat sick. Airport closed, roads above and below closed. No way to find out what was happening, get food, contact family. No way to reach private management, won’t return calls now. Thankfully management from non-private side stepped in to help us. Locals came by to make sure island visitors were okay, brought us whatever news there was, food, comfort. They did all this while suffering unimaginable loss, uncertainty, worry of their own. I will never forget and am doing everything I can to support Maui in this terrible time. Clearly, this is not the owner/management’s fault, but they could not deliver what I had payed for. They have not returned phone or email requests to discuss a partial refund. Any money I get back I will contribute to relief efforts. VRBO complaint in progress
Everything you could possibly want/need on a beach vacation is here, and it is all top quality. Wonderful property (condo), quiet neighborhood, turtles in the water just below the balcony and only 2 minute walk to beach. The beach is not busy, so it is quite private and the water is wonderful.
This was an absolutely amazing place to stay. Perfect location, couldn't be any closer to the water unless you got in the ocean. NO shortage of whale sightings either. The condo was exceptionally clean and stocked well with the necessary amenities. WOULD definitely stay here again. THANK YOU for everything.
My family had a wonderful time in Maui this past week! This condo was absolutely perfect! It has everything you need to feel right at home! Really clean. Very quiet. Great location! You can't beat the sunset views and watching the turtles swimming below! We definitely will be coming back! Mahalo!!
Wow. We had a great time. Noelani 303 was Wonderful. Can't think of a thing that should change. Turtles swimming in the ocean right outside our unit. Surfers two mornings. Had a two year old grandchild With us which meant nap times in condo everyday. A great place to watch the ocean and relax after mornings And late afternoons snorkeling and sand castles. Would return.
We really enjoyed the Noelani Condo that we stayed in for the week we vacationed in Maui. The views were fantastic, and the accommodations in the condo were very nice. We did experience problems with the kitchen sink which drained very slowly and finally stopped draining entirely so we had to call My Perfect Stays maintenance personnel over the weekend, but the sink continued to drain very slowly even after servicing. We also noticed that carpet was fraying on the left-hand steps up to the second floor making this a tripping hazard with full suitcases. An elevator to upper floors to help with big luggage would have been more convenient than steps. Otherwise, the Condo was high quality and very well maintained with perfect ocean views.
The Noelani Condos were perfect for our family trip to Maui. It is close to everything yet not right in the more commercial Kaanapali beach area. You can easily walk to get food, coffee and smoothies or take a short drive to Kaanapali to hit Whalers Village or golf or enjoy the beach there. The pool is gorgeous and the small beach is perfect for snorkeling or taking a small child into, which is what we did with our grandson. Gorgeous views and the condo is well stocked with anything you would need. I had the most restful sleep there- nice linens. We would go back again for sure .
This was truly a perfect stay. We loved Noelani's siting virtually on ocean's edge, where we could watch dolphins, turtles, and sail boats, while walking to beachfront steps away. The condo is beautifully appointed and extremely well equipped; we wanted for nothing and found the location ideal for accessing other parts of the island, restaurants, and stores. Our party of six quite comfortably shared the space, and joined each evening to share the spectacular subsets from our balcony.
